The second bathroom is newly renovated and has a combination tub-shower and the expansive kitchen is fully stocked to cook elaborate or simple meals. Enjoy your coffee/glass of wine in the separate dinning room, on the front porch overlooking the garden, or simply step out to the many neighborhood restaurants and cafes. A private back porch affords additional quiet reading or dining space while looking out into the surrounding garden.

Park on the property and walk to the local interests and the fabulous restaurants just steps away. We provide fine linen and towels for the use of our guests. Adorable little cottage in a great location! Plenty of space for us and our 3 kids (although we did have to use the sofa bed). Very clean and easy to access and park. Super location within a 10 minute walk of all the shops, restaurants, and theaters.

The kitchen was well equipped, clean and conveniently laid out. The cottage was cozy and very quiet, beds were comfortable and the walk downtown was short and pleasant, on quiet residential streets. We had a great stay.

This cottage was clean, convenient to the downtown restaurants, art galleries, and the OSF venues. It is also close to the Ashland Food Coop, good for lunch and groceries. Even though we had a car, we never used it.It could use a little spiffing up of furnishings and linens.

Once we found the building (no porch light or number at entrance) it was great, spacious, well lit and comfortable. It is hard to emphasize enough how great the location is.Kitchen is not equiped for much cooking but was more than enough for what we did (there are lots of restaurants in walking distance).Thank you.

Everything was as promised. Quiet location and easy checkout procedure. Only drawback was the bed were a bit small when two are sleeping in them.

A perfect location to walk to the theater and restaurants. The hostess responded quickly to a request and the issue was resolved

The house was just perfect for my adult son and me to walk into town for meals and a play. It was very clean and comfortable, and had what we needed, including 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a dining table to play games on. The deck, private parking and large kitchen were great perks and the host responded to us quickly. I'd definitely stay again!

Such a sweet place. So cute! Had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect. Walkable to downtown and other great neighborhoods (coffee shop is literally at the end of the alley). We would definitely stay here again.

This house is cute and clean. The check-in process was easy and smooth and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is about 12 blocks to the theater...about a 15 minute walk, so fairly convenient.

A long-time friend and I stayed for 4 nights, seeing 4 plays (and 2 prefaces) at OSF. It's our 2nd year at this cottage and we're already looking forward to next year. The cottage is very comfortable and a short walk to the theaters at OSF. Even closer are Noble Coffee and The Peerless for daily coffee and a great concluding dinner. (They're both at the end of the alley alongside the cottage.)

We were very comfortable in this charming home. There are so many unexpected extras throughout the house that made the visit even more special, like the table games, extra linens, and the kitchen stocked full of everything you could possibly need. We all remarked at how clean the home was and how the furniture was very comfortable. It was just a few blocks walk into town and to the Shakespeare Theaters. We found excellent restaurants and shops along our walks. We walked through Lithia Park and even enjoyed a street market while we were there. We would definitely stay at this house again and plan to make this an annual trip.

Beautiful home with everything you need to relax. Well stocked, clear instructions for check in and out, all in walking distance to in-town attractions. The doe kept guard on the back door while we were away. Would stay again and recommend others.

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very well situated in town. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook most of our meals there. It's in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to anything you might want.

Three of us (couple and a single) enjoyed our five night stay. Location is great. Only 15 min walk to downtown and theaters. Enjoyed some great food at walkable restaurants. Cottage, although older, is nicely appointed and equipped. Would stay again if the space was needed.

Furnishings OK on first glance, but when you look closer, you noticed the stained couch, worn bedspread edges, and mildew in the showers. Kitchen equipment is cheap so plan on eating out most the time. Decor looks as though probably came from Goodwill. Odd design layout with second bathroom off the kitchen. The second bedroom has you go through the dining room and living room and kitchen to access this bathroom. The mattress in the second bedroom is poor, because it lists both vertically and horizontally, making you roll around, trying to find a stable place to sleep. The primary bedroom mattress was good. Really tiny television. Good Internet service. Excellent air conditioning during record high 99° day. The location is excellent as regards the Ashland co-op store, restaurants, reasonable proximity to OSF Plaza. These comments take into account the amount paid (over $1700 for 4 weeknights M-Thurs, last week in September).

No complaints about this listing. It's a quick walk to the theaters and shops. Nice neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. We would stay here again. I suggest the owner hire a gardener to maintain the front and back yards. The trees and bushes are overgrown and in need of water and the lawns are mostly weeds. Most neighbors here have beautiful yards so they would probably appreciate this as well.

Very conveniently located house for everything in Ashland! Challenging to find after dark but once found, getting in was well explained and easy. Generally clean but has a well-lived in feel. Good place to stay if you're going to be mostly out and about in Ashland.
