Stayed Oct 17, 2025To be completely honest, this stay was just ok. It got the job done and was close to Rocker B Ranch which was our biggest reason for visiting. The neighborhood was rough but this was noted in the listing so we were expecting that and did not let that effect the property’s rating. Our 3 star rating is based off of the appearance of the bathroom not photographed in the listing. The bathtub and shower were not photographed for a reason! The shower head leaked and taking a bath was not something anyone felt comfortable doing with the appearance of the tub. Another reason for our rating was the hot tub.. the hot tub was foggy, dirty and had a dead frog floating in it at arrival. The property owner sent someone out the following day and nothing changed. Other than those two big issues, the property had some small cleaning issues. (under the sink, dead bugs in the windowsills, etc) So, again this property was just ok in our opinion.
