Block Island - Crescent Beach with Beautiful Sunset Views over Mitchell Farm

Exceptionally clean property and well stocked. Amazing stay..great host!

We had our best Block stay ever. Our host, Norm, and property manager, Cindy, are truly amazing. The house, unlike others we have stayed in, has every creature comfort and necessity imaginable. It was as if we were in our own kitchen and bathrooms with everything Norm supplied. And the location is outstanding. The views are spectacular. Convenience to beach and town is perfect.We cannot thank Norm and Cindy enough for the best of everything during our stay.

This is a great house in a great location. The house had all of the amenities we needed including a short walk to a quiet beach just north of Scotch Beach. Cindy was very helpful and accommodating for the couple times we reached out to her. We would consider renting again.

Very nice 3 floor home with lots of wraparound decks providing many options for relaxing outside. The views and surrounding area are fabulous - idyllic. A great location - 5 minute walk to a gorgeous, sandy beach. Surprised by how clear and warm the water was in September. Very clean, comfortable accommodations for 4 senior adult friends vacationing together for the first time. Our only complaint was the lack of basic supplies. Especially the fact that after a long trip we arrive at a 2 bathroom home with not one piece of toilet paper. Also lacking - dish liquid, dishwater soap, garbage bags, a sponge, or anything to keep the place clean. It has been my experience that these minimal supplies are usually provided in order to encourage guests to keep the place clean. We left TP in both bathrooms for the next guests. I encourage the owner to do the same.

Sunny, so many lovely places to sit with a book enjoying the ocean air, and definitely a bookworm's delight. We always bring books but felt a bit like we were bringing coals to Newcastle with the extensive collection of books we found at the rental. A brief glitch upon check-in, promptly addressed and resolved; otherwise a relaxing stay. We were blessed with good weather, and enjoyed the calmness of the early early visitors' season. This house is a gem!

Photos are accurate. Property is clean and well maintained with quality furnishings and linens. Views over farm to Great Salt Pond are captivating with opportunities to see wildlife. Owner and property manager were attentive. We had a small communication glitch, which was resolved. Wifi was not currently available and was disclosed. Short walk to lovely, quiet section of beach. Short drive to town. There are other condos nearby, but did not pose a noise or privacy issue at the time we were there. Great for 2 couples with bedrooms each with private bath on floors 1 and 3.

This property was a perfect location and very convenient to walk to the beach. Beautiful outdoor decks with fantastic views of Salt Pond. Norman and Cindy were very helpful with any questions and the process.

We stayed at the property for 6 days through Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, there was a bad storm that weekend so we did not get to do much for the duration of our stay. Over the 6 days, we were able to view 2 sunsets from the deck that were amazing! One morning we were able to see deer in the field. Had the weather been better, we would have enjoyed time on the decks. Great location for us and very peaceful and quiet. Norman was a pleasure to deal with from booking all the way to checking in on us during our stay. Cindy, the property manager was also very attentive and helpful.
