Welcome to Beach Bliss! Contemporary design meets Southern charm in this chic beach retreat. Its classic wood and tin-roofed exterior belie its sleek interior, which features lacquered white furniture, modern art, and accents of stainless steel and glass. Comfortably sleeping 8 adults and 4 children, Beach Bliss offers four bedrooms and a bunk room, all with private baths. The second-floor bedrooms have access to balconies, with the master suite offering a private covered porch overlooking the Western Lake Nature Preserve and private saltwater pool below. No matter the sleeping arrangement, everyone will appreciate the home's main living area. Opening the accordion-style glass doors seamlessly combines the kitchen with the outdoor screened-in porch, which features a fireplace, sectional sofa and dining table. Just beyond the back porch you'll find the home's private pool and outdoor grilling area.

Please Note: The homeowner will not honor any reservations that have more than eight adults and/or are related to a wedding or any party. This home is intended for family vacations, sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children.

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 12 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 12 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Parking
The home offers designated parking for up to three guest vehicles in the driveway. Please note that vehicle registration is required by the HOA prior to arrival.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.     This was our first time in Watercolor/Seaside (and 30a for that matter) and the stay could not have been better. The house fit our group of 4 adults and 4 kids perfectly and the pool was an absolute must have. 30A Cottages made the trip a breeze and we hope to book with them again in the future!

    This was our second time to stay here and really enjoyed both times. Only problem we had was the refrigerator took forever to cool down. We bought food first day and it took two days to finally get cool . Other than that it’s an amazing house. Highly recommend

    This house is located in a quiet area in watercolor, with great access to the beach, pools, walking paths, etc. The house was a great size for 5 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved the pool, we all enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook, dine, etc. Beds were super comfortable and it was nice that they here was plenty of bathrooms. A few cons to the trip: low shower pressure, fridge did not get very cool, and we did see some bugs/roaches when we left food in the open trash (it was much better when we did not leave food out). All in all we had a great time! We loved watercolor and would definitely go back!

    Outstanding location. Well furnished and open floor plan. The accordion style patio doors opening to the enclosed deck quickly became THE spot to congregate. Loved the six burner stove. Ample room for the 11 members of the family that traveled. The house was close in proximity to pools, shopping, dining and recreation. Would highly recommend.

    The house was just okay. I would not stay at that property again for what it costs. Property management was subpar some were nice some were rude There were roaches, ants and spiders in the house. It needs pest control to spray and the refrigerator/freezer was not working properly Your pool service guy is very nice and helpful

    The house was fine. We got a text message telling us that the dishwasher repair man was coming so we thought that it was broken. After 3 days of texting back and forth we discovered that 30A Rentals were texting the wrong house. Nothing was wrong with our dishwasher. They had the wrong family down for our week so the wristbands were in short supply but were able to handle correct the mixup. Had a great week.
