Always awonderful stay! This is our third year staying at this beautiful home-perfect for our three generation family ! Someone always responds quickly with questions and needs via text. The house has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation . We can’t wait to return next year !

The house was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone. The location was quiet but only a 2 block walk to the beach access. We could see both the sound and ocean from the top floor! We loved it - a couple of minor plumbing issues were quickly resolved by the rental agency. We would stay again!

We loved that it was only steps from the beach or the bay, was super clean, and was very comfortable. Thanks for a great week!

Enjoyed our stay very much with our grown kids and grandchildren. Conveniently located to the beach and stores. Perfect for large family get togethers. We liked the 2 separate units for privacy when needed. Also felt very safe. Ample parking. Would stay there again!

It was immaculately clean, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. We loved the location, just a few blocks from the beach. Our favorite was hanging out and playing cards on the porches. Our boys loved the nearby park for shooting hoops. Some suggestions would be a cart for hauling things to the beach, a few more towels, hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, and hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. We had plenty of beach chairs which was much appreciated! Overall really great stay and we would highly recommend!

Only two blocks from the beach and conveniently located between Cortez and Manatee gave great access to all Bradenton and Anna Maria have to offer. The house had plenty of beach amenities and was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had three generations of family stay at this beautiful property. Each unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a week long stay ( we brought our own little coffee pot when we saw you only had a keurig) the bottom unit ac was not working but a repairman was sent right away and soon had us cooled . Loved that the house had balconies on both sides of the house so we could see sunrises AND sunsets . We will definitely be back!
