The Neighborhood:

Very quiet residential neighborhood of luxury homes just 1 block to the sand and 2 short blocks to Margaritaville



Getting Around:

This property is easy walk to the beach and to many bars and restaurants in Fort Myers Beach. Bikes may be ridden on the sidewalks and are a fantastic way to get around our lovely island. For island motorized transportation we highly recommend renting a golf cart. It is a fun way to get around island style.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement. Please note that this property is non-smoking (on premises or decks) This home has several exterior facing camera aimed at the front entry and two on the back of the home directed over the pool to the owners boat. The boat located on the property and/or dock is private property of the homeowner and is not included with the rental. Guests are strictly prohibited from boarding, entering, moving, operating, or otherwise using the boat at any time. Tampering with or using the boat may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and additional charges for any damages incurred.
