Enter the home through the private heated garage and hang your boots and wet gloves to dry on the professional-grade eight-pair Williams boot dryer. The first floor has plenty of storage for helmets, hats, gloves, and hooks and washer and dryer for maximum efficiency. The first-floor bedroom has two cozy twin beds and a private en suite bath. The heart of the home is the expansive open concept kitchen/dining/family room with a fireplace and two private balconies all located on the second floor. This truly unique floor plan has open spaces for large groups to gather but still hidden, intimate spots when you want to get away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
