Guests enjoy full access to the entire cabin, all five bedrooms, both levels, the basement game room, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, both firepits, fenced backyard, and all outdoor living areas. Check-in is seamless with our smart lock system, no keys, no waiting. We're available via message or text throughout your stay for anything you need.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

We welcome up to 2 dogs with a pet fee, $50 for one dog, $100 for two. Please declare your pet(s) at booking so we can ensure the home is prepared for your arrival.



Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours

City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons

We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.



Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you'll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.

Parking

To keep things neighborly on our quiet mountain road, please use the designated driveway for all parking. Our road is shared by a small community of homes, and street parking can make it difficult for residents to pass. We appreciate your thoughtfulness, it goes a long way with the neighbors!
