Black Bear Den ~ Access to Private Lake! Heat and AC

Great location, very quiet. Perfect for our weekend getaway!

We had a great stall and the house was beautiful

The cabin was dirty: filthy mattresses, pillows, rug, mold under the sinks, rock holding up cart in the center of the kitchen, dirty dishes and silverware in drawers and caninets. The master bedroom window had no window covering and the upstairs bathroom was missing a chunk of flooring. The refrigerator broke in the first few days of our stay and the host misled us to believe someone would be coming to repair it and didn't respond when no one showed for the appointment. He took over a day to respond. I had to secure another cabin due to the refrigerator and the mold causing my teenager's asthma to flare up. Lots of maintenance is needed to ensure this space reflects what is advertised and that it is a healthy space for people to inhabit.

Several things wrong with the house.1 bedroom had no window covering.We had to hang a sheet for privacy.The kitchen island has a rock to hold up one corner.The upstairs bathroom flooring is torn up by the bathtub.The rug in the living room is stained and smells.Night stand drawer is broken.Overall the house wasn’t clean. You get what you pay for.

Great house, well stocked, and conveniently located near the lake. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The cabin was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Access to the pool and club amenities was a bonus. Would definitely visit again!

Great cabin! The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Owner does have to go on and fix the shower head and the tv upstairs. Besides that, everything is great.

It was a tad hot upstairs but overall very pleasant! ALSO you have now 4 bottles of maple syrup that have been accumulating over the years so have fun with that 😂 it was nice and cozy but it’s scary outside at night 😬 thanks again!

Our family had a wonderful stay in the mountains. The cabin was as described, host very communicative, and great location.

Everything was excellent and process was easy. Only little complaint was that the cooking pans/trays were a bit under cleaned.... No big deal as there was plenty of dish soap and we did the next group who stays there a favor and cleaned them up to a sparkle! Would not hesitate to stay here again and again!!
