Birds Eye View | Sauna, Cold Plunge & Red Rocks

Cushions on both decks were dirty a few with mold. We tried to clean them the best we could but with no supplies it wasn’t great. For the price they charge everything should be clean. No instructions for hot tub. It was fine the first few days but then it got to only 98 degrees.

Great location

We loved stargazing and spending time outside on the deck and the Bali Room. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing after hikes. Perfect location close to the trails and grocery stores. Would book again!

This stay was perfect for the surprise proposal I had planned for the weekend. It was a great place to come back to after our hikes and meals. The hot tub was a huge plus! We would love to come back and stay with some of our friends.

We loved the location and layout of the house. The yard was lots of fun for our kids and the parents loved the spa, hot tub, and cold plunge. The upstairs deck was lovely at sunrise and in the evenings. The lower patio had an Anna's Hummingbird building a nest in the overhead lamp- I hope she's still doing ok!The things we didn't like were the check-in instructions because they came in a series of emails that were formatted confusingly so some information was hard to parse out. The limits on the amount of toilet paper, trashbags, and dishwasher detergent pods were annoying and very corporate, especially because we booked the reservation with babies- obviously we were going to wash a lot of stuff.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this home! Situated on our favorite side of town West Sedona! Very close to all the great restaurants and Whole Foods! The interior is brand new condition! Everything is high end and very well appointed! Soo close to all the best hiking trails. We used every inch that this home had to offer! We would wake up, sauna then shower outside in complete privacy, then go hike all day! Returned home and relaxed in the hot tub, then made dinner and sat on the roof top to star gaze every night!!! Then would repeat every single day!! We fell rejuvenated from our trip here thank you!

Loved staying here! Hot tub and sauna was great after hiking all day! Beds were comfy, loved the fireplace. Only suggestion would be to trim trees to enhance that spectacular view.

Such a nice spot! Great outdoor space! The cold plunge ice machine was still out of service, but we really didn’t miss it. Hot tub worked great. Beds were comfy and although it’s a small house, it doesn’t feel like it.

The home is beautiful & thoughtfully put together. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved the water station dispenser! Two en suite bedrooms were comfortable, well appointed (even had the curly hair attachment for the hair dryer! -which never happens) and the warm seat bidets were a welcome surprise on cold mornings. Location is great - can walk to restaurants and businesses including Starbucks! Check in was easy. We had one issue while there and the property manager was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue.

Everything was perfect! The ice machine didn’t work but it didn’t hamper our stay.

Had some issues with the cleanliness of one of the outside amenities. And half of the windows and doors were unlocked when we got there, so make sure you check those! The management team was on it. They were very responsive and fixed everything extremely quickly. We didn't miss a beat. The inside was super clean and cute! There is a water dispenser that I now must buy for my own home! The hottub was amazing and super clean and the view from the rooftop deck was beautiful.
