There's plenty of nearby dining in Harbour Town, while the spaciouskitchen back home makes al fresco meals on the large covered patio a breeze. If you're feeling competitive, head down to the lower recreation room for a round of billiards, or challenge a friend to a game of foosball upstairs. Evenings are best spent gathered at the firepit lounge outside, while the large, luxe corner showers in two of the ensuite bathrooms are the perfect way to wash the day away and get ready to do it all again tomorrow!

- Please Note: There is a cash-only, HOA rental fee per vehicle to access this neighborhood: $9/day, or $22/week for (Easter - Labor Day) and $20/week (Labor Day - Easter). Rental passes must be purchased upon arrival.
- Rideshare and taxi service is extremely hard to arrange last minute. Please try your best to schedule these services in advance if they are needed.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not offer pool heat.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV.
- The gate pass is for entry into the plantation only. This home already has a private pool; however, guests do not have access to any Plantation HOA amenities, including community pools, the beach club, or beach club parking. If guests would like to play tennis or golf, they must coordinate directly with Sea Pines Plantation.
- Guests do not have access to the beach club.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
