As always, Erika & co have this VRBO clean, equipped, all with a wonderful view. This is my 4th stay and I will be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at Bird Watch. Unfortunately, we all got sick while staying here, so that put a damper on things. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked. Queen bedroom is extremely small. Views from the living room are nice. I have mobility issues that make stairs a challenge, and that would be a reason for me to not return. It's not an easy house to stay in for this reason. I have good and bad days so took a chance. The king suite's bed was very high for me to us

Beautiful home, great location, amazing views!! Erika was very responsive and welcoming. The bed in the master is extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We enjoyed the location right on the Bay with 100’s of different birds to watch outside our window.There were several hiking spots on coast we enjoyed and the Redwoods in Armstrong Park about an hour away.Some good restaurants I walking distance too.

We didn’t have a winery experience. Enjoyed our own wine.

Great views from every angle and floor

This is our favorite place to go for a birthday and Anniversary. Next year will be our fifth time. You can’t ask for more in a get away.

Perfect location, amazing views, beautiful master bedroom suite. World class kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Even a little things like foil, cling wrap, Ziploc bags, etc. Plush robes for trips to the hot tub. Short walk to Captain Dave's for amazing ice cream!

We love Bird Watch! This is our third stay here and we'll be back. You can't have a better location and the house is so clean and comfortable.

As advertised. Comfortable and clean. Beautiful, interesting, and fun area.

Host Erika was responsive and answered all my questions prior to arriving. check in and check out instructions were clear and posted. Place was exactly as advertised, no photo tricks or misleading descriptions. View of the sunset from the patio every evening. Kitchen was fit for a gourmet chef. Pantry was fully stocked with spices. No central heating but the gas stoves worked just fine. Place was clean inside and out. No cobwebs, patio was clean, no dust, place was well maintained. Tables/counter tops and floors had no smell and was not sticky. All the blinds and windows worked and were in good condition. Amenities were modern and new. No chipped paint on the walls. Even the grill was clean. This was off the beaten path. Plenty of parking. Nice quiet neighborhood. Three to five minute drive to beaches and restaurants. We are looking forward to returning to this gem.

If you want to sit on the deck with a pair of binoculars all afternoon.,,you can.If you want to stop at the fish market and cook a fine dinner on the Wolf range… you can.If you want to sleep in and wake to a cozy fireplace burning and watch the fog lift.. you can.And you can read and walk and explore the coastline…if you want! It’s all possible!

The property was great. Great location. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the Bird Watch. Everything from the views to the well stocked pantry was great. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

Excellent home to get away and relax. We did visit Sonoma and Napa but it was over an hour drive each way.

Great kitchen, cooked a couple of meals and also had great places to eat out as well.

My first Vrbo experience and it was wonderful. The property was even better than described. The kitchen was a cooks dream. Our stay was so relaxing and peaceful. Waking up to the view of the bay every morning was such a treat. The property is centrally located. Everything is nearby. We went picnicking, wine and cheese tasting and had several lovely meals at local restaurants. Our host was so attentive and friendly. We are already planning our next stay.
