Fully equipped with everything. Loads of towels and beach chairs. We used the putting course constantly. It was a huge hit for the whole family. The property is safely nestled within walking distance to the beach and shops. Beautiful covered porch that overlooks a magazine worthy backyard and canal. This property is a stunner!

We had a wonderful time at the gorgeous Bimini Bay Breeze. The house is beautifully decorated and has so many amenities. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa, kayaking, putting on the greens, playing ping pong, grilling, sitting by the fire pit and so much more. I especially loved the ginormous heated tub and vanity area in the master bath. Views of the bay were spectacular throughout the house. And management was very responsive. An A experience.

The beach was just steps away! Great shops and food. The traffic was pretty rough when trying to get to Publix and then off of the island; however, we felt right at home with the house and all of its amenities!

This is a special piece of property! The house is wonderful and equipped well for a family of three generations to enjoy. It was our second year in this property. We highly recommend. And the host and owner are so helpful and responsive. Wonderful memories made.

Gorgeous home with everything we needed to cook, enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, fish, etc. This home is very well appointed. They really thought of all the details. Location was close to shops and great restaurants.

The home was a perfect getaway for our family. Lots of space to spread out and a great pool and screened in porch for spending time and having meals together. Even better than the pictures, and close to the beach!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Bimini Bay Breeze. The house is even nicer than photos show. The pool area and screened in porches are amazing! The kitchen is well stocked, we enjoyed the included amenities and games. The location was beautiful, everything can be quickly reached by golf cart! The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The home was in a great location. Walkable to the beach and loved being on the water in the back of the home. Plenty of outdoor activities. Only downside was there was no tv outside which was difficult for us during March Madness.

This was our 6th trip to AMI. This was the best. The property was wonderful… so much to offer. The hosts were SO helpful and friendly and made sure we were satisfied. And the island itself was up and running so we enjoyed boat rental, parasailing and of course the beach was spectacular. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the house it was an amazing place! The house had everything we needed to have a great stay. The pictures don't do the place justice. It's such a welcoming home and is located just a short walk to the beach. Our family rents a lot on AMI will definitely stay again!

House was like the photos. Small spot-on kitchen ceiling that needs repair, which didn't have any effect on our stay - just needs fixed. Otherwise, it was beautiful and really relaxing. We love the Doctors Office for dinner. We ate there twice. We would love to come back.

Amazing weekend get away, we had a blast, and the house is perfect

The property was amazing. If you are bringing your boat, this is definitely the house for you. The boat lift in back was a game changer for our week. We hit the water everyday. Our teens loved the putting green, kayaks and ping pong. We enjoyed sunsets on the rooftop deck. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook in and plenty of refrigeration options for beverages. Management was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
