Stayed Aug 5, 2023Bill’s place is a great house to stay in for vacation. The location is great, the house is roomy and clean, and very well equipped. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and would definitely stay there again. I would recommend this house to anyone, including family and friends.

Stayed Aug 28, 2021Unfortunately the first impression wasn’t already good. There was a pile of cardboard and styrofoam in front of the house. Must been there for a few days already. The house was very clean. There is a total lack of proud ownership. We own a beach rental in FL so we know what we’re talking about. No 6 matching forks or knives etc. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Both Bathrooms were updated and really nice. There aren’t any patio or outdoor furniture available. The location is great and super close to the next beach access. The neighborhood is really pretty and easy walkable for nice dog walks.
