Bike trails access, Swing bed, golf course

Host was more than welcoming and responded immediately to any questions!!!She made every effort to assist us in having a great stay.The home provided a welcoming and comfortable space for visiting with family and sharing food and conversation! Plenty of yard and a great neighborhood for dog walking.Our pups were comfortable!!We loved it and hope to stay again.

It was our first time using anything like VRBO and it was definitely a pleasant experience. Our rental was as expected, love that it was dog friendly without having weight restrictions. The home was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity were to arise.

Very nice home. The Back 40 trail is behind the back yard but the access is about .2 miles away at Taylor Drive and Blizzen Ln. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely adored this house!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and hope to stay here every year from now on! The home is very welcoming and comfortable, but also very stylish! Everything you might need is provided! A fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and bathroom conveniences, towels, sheets. Also, the beds and pillows are very comfortable! It's just about like being at home.Our daughter is disabled and the open floor plan, as well as the zero entry at the front door and through the garage is just what we need to have a fun and safe place to stay for our family! Vangie is a wonderful host, and communicates quickly if needed, and makes you feel so welcome!No doubt, we'll be back!!

Our stay was perfect. The place was clean, in a great location, and Vangie was very responsive and a gracious host.

This is a great home to relax and enjoy time with family. Furniture beds are super comfy with soft sheets and pillows. Plenty of towels in baths and kitchen. Host provided plenty of paper goods snd trash bags. Loved being able to bring our 3 pups. Host was very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Spacious with beautiful views, and most importantly for us, dog friendly. Close to Bentonville and right on the Back 40 trail as stated. We easily accessed the trail from multiple close trailheads. Great time had by all.

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. We’ve traveled to NWA several times, and this was our favorite place that we’ve ever stayed. The view from the room with the swing bed is so beautiful. The house was very homey and clean.

My wife and I had been through two tough weeks with work and surgery with our son. We were ready for a break in look forward to returning to our favorite property in Bellavista. All the comfort of home. Well stocked kitchen Along with helpful bathroom, accessories for shower. Would have enjoyed staying longer and plan to the next time when we return

Perfect Accommodations! Beautiful home stocked with everything you need! A bar in the bathroom would have been perfect since I'm in a wheelchair but we made it work. Loved the place! Defiantly would book again!

House was very nice and clean. Beds were nice. Sun room with swing bed was unique, our kids liked that. Everything worked, no issues. Good value relative to the quality.

For a family of 5, this stay was perfect! Great location and great space! We also enjoyed the quiet nature and wildlife in the backyard (cats, deer, groundhogs, and lots of insects)!

This property was great for our week over the July 4th week! It was clean, instructions for check in were very clear. We had no issues at all. My kids especially loved the swinging bed. ?

Had a small issue but owner was very quick to respond and address it. Had a great time in the area!

The house was very accommodating. We had room for everyone. The large garage was nice to have. The kitchen had all utensils needed. We differently would rent this house again as this was our second to rent it.
