Great location, very peaceful area and the host had the house well stocked for any needs.

John's place is great! House really has everything you need. Very clean and neatly decorated. We especially loved the screened in porch and relaxed out there every day. Excellent communication with him. He responded to all we asked. Appreciate the little bit early check in. The location to trails for bike riding is great. It was quiet and peaceful. We would go back again and encourage others to stay there.

This was our second time renting this cozy, welcoming home in Bella Vista. The house is very clean, well stocked and Jon is a friendly and responsive host. Also if you are planning a summer getaway the AC works very well! Would stay again!

Loved the house! Screened-in porch was the best!The house was the most well stocked house concerning cookware, spices, and incidentals that we've ever experienced. The house was just as comfortable and cozy as it looks. The owner was fabulous keeping in touch. It was close to golf, restaurants, and trails. Would definitely book this house again.

The house was perfect! Very clean, beautifully decorated, completely decked out kitchen and wonderful fenced in backyard. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was very comfortable and cozy! Christmas music was playing when we walked in! Jon was very responsive and great to talk to. I highly recommend and would love to come back.

Nice clean place with a very well-appointed kitchen close to trails.  “The quiet cul-de-sac” in the description is misleading because the house is right next to a busy road.  The resulting road noise makes the porch a much less pleasant place to hang out and also led us to use the smaller back bedroom farthest away from the road.  Host communication was excellent

Half mile from Lake Ann TH for FloRide, SBAT, and Pinyon Creek connector trails. House clean and well furnished. Kitchen has everything you need, and fenced back yard is great convenience if you bring your dog. Spent most of our time at the house on the screened in porch. Great feature!

This property is exceptionally clean, and the host thought of everything! The home was fully stocked including paper plates, condiments, and bathroom toiletries in case you forget yours. It would be a great place for a couple getaway or couple friends as the house is set up with bedrooms on either end creating privacy. The screened in porch is cozy and a great place to unwind with your favorite beverage. I’ve stayed at many vacation homes in the Bella Vista area and this one is among the very best!

We spent the 4th of July long weekend here and could not be happier with our choice! The home is inviting, super clean, and in a great location. Jon has added so many nice touches, up to date decor and everything you need for a comfy stay. Our favorite area was the screened back deck. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature or even a movie. Would stay again for sure!
