Bike & Hike Friendly Loft in Downtown Bentonville.

Perfect location. 5 minute bike ride to the best bike cafès, 5 minutes to the town square, 7 minutes to Slaughter Pen trail head. Perfect loft. New everything and super clean

Amazing location walking distance from the Bentonville town square and easy driving distance to delicious coffee and other Bentonville destinations. Properly was beautifully furnished and owner was responsive and proactive. Apartment is small with a bit of a strange layout, and watch out for the bed legs, which seem to jump out and hit your shins. Access is not super easy, along a narrow path on the side of the house and up a steep set of stairs. Location was most important to us, so it was fine, but it might be better for a more agile solo traveler.

Our stay was good! It was a short walk from The Momentary and Crystal Bridged. The neighborhood was nice and near downtown. We we were able to walk to eat and enjoy the sights downtown Bentonville had to offer! If you want a home close to a lot of Bentonville attractions, this is the one for you! The only downside to the property is that the hosts were not super responsive. They were very responsive before check-in but I asked a couple of questions once we were there and never got an answer. I want to chalk this up to them just being busy the weekend that we were there since the communication was great prior! Overall, we had a fantastic time staying here!

We loved the location and the loft. My husband and I were visiting for a few days from Dallas to mountain bike and check out the square and restaurants. Would stay here again!

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The space was quiet and the newer building offers everything someone would need including a washer/dryer. The location is great if you are looking to be close to downtown.

Blocks away from coffee and green space. The bicycle lockers were really handy for us. There are steep stairs leading into the loft — would not recommend for someone that isn’t comfortable doing a lot of stairs.

Really enjoyed our stay in Bentonville. Super clean little garage apartment in a great part of town. Easy access to trails and downtown Bentonville's lovely little square. Very communicative property owner and manager. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this loft in downtown Bentonville! Location was wonderful for getting to trails and downtown restaurants and museums. Host was communicative, checking in with us to make sure all was well. Everything here was great!

Everything I expected

I’d give 6 stars if I could for the communication from time of booking to arriving and getting an email ensuring we were settled in without questions. Another night before departure to see how everything had gone. Location is wonderful for getting into town and for biking and museums. Very comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. Beautiful homes with guest cottages (aka garage apartment).

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway. It was clean, lovely and perfect for us. Easy walk to downtown, very nice neighborhood and the bed was comfy. Highly recommend it!!!
