Big Siesta Key Rental Home With Caged Heated Inground Saltwater Pool And Hot Tub

Had a birthday celebration with 4 different friend and family groups in and out. Convenient location to the airport in Sarasota and to Siesta Key beach and village. We had a blast!

Very spacious home, property well maintained. owner/manager easily contacted and responsive.

The house was verily spacious, cost and had a lot of room to sit and enjoy. What we were lacking however, was an actual 4th bedroom. When we got there, we found that the downstairs area had a space with a sliding door with a fold up bed. This did not classify as a 4th bedroom and I would strongly suggest to change this in the advertisement. Next to that, we found that the house was not clean according to our standards. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, and the downstairs area is also in need of a thorough cleaning. We spent a good 2 hours on cleaning when we arrived. On a positive note, the host was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. One last tip: there is a smoke & heat detector straight above the oven. When we were using the oven normally, it set of the alarm. It might be considered to move this out of the way to avoid unnecessary triggering of the alarm

'The Tree House' was a wonderful , fun place to stay with our family of 8. The neighborhood / location of the home is Very quiet and proves to be a nice, short, pleasant walk in the morning. Its a completely shaded neighborhood. The 6 of us which were adults had spacious, nicely furnished rooms and our two grandsons had a pull out couch in the lower living area of the home and a 'murphy' bed in a small office like room in the lower part of the home. There was a bedroom in the lower area also for the parents so it made the lower area like a separate 'apartment' for them that also included a small kitchenette area. The master bedroom with bathroom, for my husband and I was Very spacious and comfortable; the connecting bedroom with bathroom for my daughter and son-in-law was perfect for them. There weren't any shades on their windows though so the security/property lights that went off frequently woke them up from time to time. The upper living area and kitchen area was perfect for all of us with plenty of room to spread out. Provided in the kitchen were basic appliances , dishware, cookware and flatware. Having two refrigerators was perfect. TVs in every bedroom, a full cabinet of games for all ages, and plenty of books for 'readers'. The location/neighborhood was close enough to Siesta Village and to the Beach so taking a golf cart around the island was perfect. The overall comfort at this home was Great! Thank you!

We stayed for three weeks around Memorial Day weekend and do not have anything except praise for the house and owner. We were 4 adults and two young children. The house is perfectly set up for two couples or families with the upstairs and downstairs both having their own full kitchen and laundry. The house is very large, plenty of space and seating. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area, two separate outdoor dining or lunch options, one completely shaded and the other with the option for shade. The grill was clean and we used it regularly. Our girls loved the sun room, they kind of took that room as their play area. There were plenty of games, puzzles and movies for those rainy days. The area in which the house is located is quiet, peaceful and everyone we encountered while walking was friendly. We brought our dogs and the enjoyed walking the loop multiple times a day, as did both my children. There were bikes to use, some beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The pool area also had pool toys and floaties. The location of the house to the beach is really convenient, at max a three minute drive and a five or so to the village with shopping and restaurants. Stephen was friendly and very helpful, answered any questions we had and came to the house to fix an issue with the hot tub within 15 minutes of us texting. I highly recommend the house and location and we’ve already decided to return next year!

The house is on a quiet street with easy access to the beach and the Village. The pool is incredible and extremely private. We absolutely loved it! As a family of 3, it worked well to have 2 bedrooms on the upper level. The rooms have an adjoining door which our 3-year old loved. The lower level was for guests who visited us allowing for more privacy. It does have one queen master suite. The other accommodations are a twin murphy bed in a den area and a queen sleeper soafer. I was extremely impressed with how many puzzles and games were in the house. Along with how well supplied the kitchen was. Service ware for 16 and a lot of spices were available. I'm sure that changes as people stay and bring things and leave them, but we had most everything we needed for our month long stay. There were plenty of towels and linens in the house, along with a washer/dryer on each level of the house.

We stayed at the Tree House with my husband's family for a month and had a wonderful time. It is located a short bike ride to the village and restaurants. The neighborhood in which the house sits was beautiful, and we felt very safe walking the dog at night. The house was very clean, and we had everything we needed. We would defiantly stay again.

The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was easy to reach and responded quickly if we needed anything. The house was wonderful. The two living areas worked great for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well equipped. The screened pool area was very private. The neighborhood is awesome, very quiet and peaceful. Our family likes to walk and it was a great place to safely do that. Stephen allowed us to bring our dog and the neighborhood was great for walking him also. There is also a park in walking distance. The house is conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and stores. We spent a wonderful two weeks in November and hope to return some day!

This house is spacious and well appointed. Great layout, beautiful lanai enclosed pool deck- all great for family being together indoors or out. Location was quiet and secluded, yet close to all the local draws. We had a great time.
