Sitting area under the covered patio has a 55 inch TV with soundbar and also a Bluetooth speaker

The living room has comfy sofa, love seat and chair with a 55 inch TV and a Karaoke machine with some great songs so you can enjoy some family fun.

The back family room has a 60 inch TV, leather sectional, ceiling fan and looks out to the pool.

GAME ROOM
The Frozen-themed Air Conditioned game room has a unique sparkly floor, 46 inch TV, pool table, full-size air hockey and foosball.

KITCHEN
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, Samsung French door refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, ice maker (cubed and crushed), garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, crockpot, electric skillet etc.
Pantry for storage.
It is generously stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and assorted high-quality pots and pans.

A large breakfast room with views of the pool is adjacent to the kitchen.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room features a Speed Queen Commercial grade Washer and Dryer, broom & dustpan, Swiffer mop, iron & ironing board
