BIG POCONO LODGE “Largest Home @ Camelback”

The host was super responsive throughout the whole process. On our first night he brought extra kitchen supplies that he had noticed we were short on to ensure we had everything we need for our stay. Excellent location with close proximity to Camelback ski resort. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and had plenty of space for the whole family. The Christmas tree in the living room was a great surprise! Hoping to return next year to celebrate Christmas again!

Very clean place - very homey - a true ski lodge!! Great place - make sure to bring your own coffee supplies and toiletries. The beds are very big and high up but comfortable! Lots of room!!

The lodge was perfect for our family reunion. It is a central location to many activities in the Poconos. Our children and grandchildren had lots of room to spread out and enjoy their time together. The highlights were the porch, the game room, and the kitchen! The waffle maker got a lot of use!

Owners replied quickly to all of our requests.

The house and property were beautiful. It was a perfect weekend getaway for a group of friends with plenty of activities to do within short driving distance. The hosts were so responsive with any questions we had and very friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area for a house for a large group

Perfect setting for large group gathering. Plenty of space for everyone. Great communication with host. Very close to attractions. Could use a little sprucing up outside and better pillows besides that perfect for us.

We had a large group stay here for a Jack & Jill. We had a blast! Not one issue, and excellent communication from the host. Absolutely recommend staying here — the place is gorgeous.

The house was perfect for our Anniversary celebration and reunion. We used all nine bedrooms, including one for our lone teen. It rained for two days which gave us time for indoor games and lots of room for our toddlers. We brought gates for the stairs to keep them contained, but we could not use them because of the round banisters. Our only problem with this beautiful house.

A absolutely beautiful place to stay for our entire extended family… all 18 of us. So much community space to be together away from the many bedrooms. So much to do at camelback but lots of quality time spent at the home as well playing games and eating and being together and never feeling crowded. Great communication with John!!! Just an easy experience that allowed us to create many memories together. Highly recommend this home!!!

We loved our stay at this

The house was beautiful, in great condition, and in a good location. We had a party of sixteen 60 yo guys stay for a long weekend. Everyone had a fun time. We watched sports on the various TVs, played pool and shuffleboard, used the jacuzzi, fireplace and fire pit, and visited the nearby brewery. A special shout out to the property manager who was very responsive to our questions and requests. Thanks John!

We rented the house for the summer vacation with my family. The house is excellent. Very comfortable, the kitchen is very spacious, very clean. It's a very nice place.

The pictures on this site do not do this place justice. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen was clean and open great for cooking for large groups. I would recommend and come back again for more trips.

This was our second stay at John’s house. It is so perfect for a large group gathering. We had the greatest time playing games, hanging out, using the fire pit and just enjoying what the house has to offer. So fun and will be back again! The place is exactly as seen on website. Super clean … loads of amenities… all linens and towels were provided. There are no negatives to staying here.

This home was perfect for our first annual Family Reunion. We are 10 siblings (60 yrs+) and 8 spouses. Even with all of our individual quirks and needs we all really enjoyed our stay. We were able to relax in our seperate rooms or enjoy each others company in the spacious living room, outdoor decks, kitchen, game room or dining area. We all had hours of fun in the Game room using the pool table, basketball game and playing shuffleboard. We enjoyed a bar-b-que meal outside. We later gathered around the spacious firepit for a wonderful time reminiscing and catching up with each other. This property's immediate area has everything you can possibly want in a vacation rental home. Fabulous places to eat, shop, have fun, and explore. The hosts were extremely accessible and very accommodating. We all appreciated the fact that they were very invested in all of us enjoying our stay. You will realize, like us, that they give a lot of thought to everything that people would want when staying at a rental house. God willing, we are looking forward to all of us celebrating many annual reunions at this fabulous property.
