Stayed Jul 27, 2025So our stay was very pleasant. The house was wonderful and the pool is a must in Florida! The only thing I could really complain about are the beds. We stayed for 6 nights and I don’t think I had one night of good rest due to the beds were not comfortable. That is my and the guest that were with me during the stay only complaint. The house is close to everything, beach, grocery, and whatever else that might be needed or wanted. Thank you for the stay!!

Stayed Mar 4, 2025This home was perfect for our family which included our married children and four grandchildren. The house was spacious, clean and well accommodating for all of us. The host was always available with any questions. The outside area is perfect for relaxing evening hangouts. I most certainly recommend this home for a memorable vacation time.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025The property was an ideal location, in close proximity to many of the destination beaches. Amenities throughout the house were very minimal. Towels and other linens were scarce for a house that can accommodate (up to) 10 people. All of the bedroom Pillows showed signs of being very old & used. Lights & other fixtures/remote controls didn't work. The floors throughout the house were dirty, turning our feet & socks black. I was reluctant to write a review because I had more complaints than positives- I expected more for what we paid for. A few updates & perhaps a little more attention to detail and this house would be an amazing find *minus the high volume of police & ambulance activity throughout our 5 day stay* I wish the property owners the best, but I cannot recommend this house for rental.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024We were a Group of ladies that came in town for a Women’s Conference in Clearwater, and we needed a place that would accommodate 60 year old and above. And this location was a perfect for all of us. Some ladies, had physical challenges, so having enough space to be able to move around(effortlessly)was very important. No stairs, was a MUST and MY favorite was the easy entrance and exit system. DAILY, we have so many passcodes and passwords to remember, so to have a one step process to get in and out of this location was my favorite highlight(I’m easy to please). It, just made our lives so much easier The interior(exterior) of this home was amazing. The Location to this home, from our Venus, was only 20 minutes drive away. Some ladies, suffer from lower back pain, and Knesset issues, so good seating is very important. All of the furniture in this house, accommodate ALL conditions. The, quick response from the team was amazing as well. We didn’t have any problems that needed any attention during our stay. But when I did need to communicate with him their response was applaudable. TO BE TRULY HONEST...Our experience WAS NOT A “5 Star”experience, during Our stay... IT REALLY WAS A “10 STAR” EXPERIENCE...BECAUSE THIS EXPERIENCE REALLY DESERVE IT... WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR STAY, we enjoyed it. I had the last night to myself, and it felt like a mini vacation. We look forward in continuing doing business with this Amazing team...

Stayed Sep 6, 2024The inside of the property was decent and seemed clean but white socks on the floor told us a different story. The kitchen is not very well equipped but was fine. The master bathroom shower is nice. ( Love the rainfall shower head) The Lanai and pool area were dirty especially the pool. It needs a good deep clean. Had a ring around the whole pool of dirt build up that easily came off with Magic Eraser. As a pool owner I can say it definitely is not being maintained the way it should be. The chlorine tabs were out for 4 of the days of our stay. There is mold growing on the lights outside and in several other areas. The playpen that is outside is disgusting and needs thrown out. I wouldn't put my dog in that thing let alone a child. The door leading outside was black around the handle which we cleaned with cleaner and paper towels. The bar outside is nice and the grill was in good shape. Overall is was a decent stay but the dirty outside was really bad. A simple cleaning would make all the difference for this property.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024This house had very good size rooms. Very nicely decorated. Only complaints I have is that the pool area had a very dirty play pen that should have been removed. There was a very dirty entrance mat from the pool to the house which desperately needed cleaned and tracked dirt into the house. We couldn’t find any extra blankets. Kitchen was not very stocked. Limited everything. Fridge water and ice dispenser did not work. Very minor complaints though. Would recommend and or stay there again.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We drove almost 11 hours to get to the house only to find the pool was green and the kids could not swim. I immediately contacted the property host who said they would send someone out the next day and the pool would be ready. The next day we had a pool tech come out and put chemicals in and said the pool would be ready in 2 hours. 2 hours later the pool was still horribly cloudy. I received another message stating another person would be coming out to fix the pump on the pool, when that man arrived we were told this was an ongoing issue and he was just out there 2 days prior. The host had told me we would be compensated due to not being able to use the pool (Whole reason I booked the property) . i have attempted to contact the host twice since checking out with no response on how they are going to handle the compensation. Property was decent, but I was not happy driving that far with 6 kids and them looking forward to the pool
