The Space:

Welcome to your Kiwi holiday home. Warm, comfortable, andeasy to relax in. Lovingly maintained over the years, practical, and ideal for families wanting a no-fuss place to unwind.



The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with plenty of room for everyone and an authentic charm you won't find in newer builds. The lounge is spacious and inviting, with a wood burner for cosy winter evenings, plus a heat pump and heaters in the bedrooms.



The separate kitchen and dining areas are great for shared meals, and the home includes Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, laundry facilities, children’s toys, and board games. Outside, the dining area is perfect for relaxed meals in the fresh air, and off-street parking is available.



Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge showcase uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, and beyond. The lake-view balcony is an easy favourite for sitting back and taking it all in.

Guests have full access to the house and off street car parking.

Please note that the owner has their car parked at the property, located in the car port.
