Stayed Jun 16, 2023First Make sure you find the binder with all the rules and regulations and read that before you do anything. Well to start the house was clean and the AC works very well. Bathrooms very spacious and the showers are awesome. Plenty of room and beds, kitchen and dinning area is very spacious. Living room nice seating big TV. On the downside we had two 1 1/2 year old grandbabies with us which was not ideal for some of the stuff that was there on the shelves but we managed. That was 14 of us we all had to come down at different times so there were five vehicles, parking was a little tight but we managed, there's a side gate entrance that has rough poured concrete managed to park the trucks over there it is a little rough but other than that everything was great.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023Best house and owner we have rented from in Matagorda by far and we have been going for 10+ years. Will definitely be renting again.
