Big Breezy 10 bedroom GulfFront Luxury Private Pool Sleeps 26 by Prickett Properties

This house was nice, spacious and located just far enough out of to avoid the tourists if you want. Nice quiet beach, not overly crowded. The heated pool was nice and deeper than it appeared online, but a little narrow for kids who wanted to jump and play. There were mixed reviews on the beds, however, I found the bed to be comfortable. We couldn't use the tv in our room because a remote was missing and the other remote had dead batteries. Not enough towels or wash cloths were left for as many people as the house held. There were several items that have not been upkept. Icemakers in both units were holding water and one wasn't working at all, both definitely need to be replaced. There were several large cracks in the flooring inside and be sure to wear shoes on the porches as you will get splinters. The grills were large and usable, but getting old, needed cleaning and would get black soot all over you, if you weren't careful. Some of the shower doors were off track and needed repair or replacing. On one side of the house you couldn't open the fridge all the way and the other side, you couldn't open the freezer all the way because of the wall against them. Overall for the price, it was a great property for large groups.

The house is good with nice big bedrooms. The pool is very small and the pool deck is terrible. It needs to be replaced before someone gets hurt. It also needs a board walk out to the beach .We did have a problem with roaches and a rodent. I hope the owner can address these issues

There were 23 of my family members that stayed here at Big Breezy! It was absolutely wonderful & couldn’t have been more perfect!

We had a wonderful week at the Big Breezy. Our group of 22 appreciated the spacious property, pool and private beach. The property management and maintenance staff were very quick to respond the couple times we reached out. The location was incredible. We loved being on a quieter beach where our group could really spread out. There are a couple restaurants and a Dollar General close by so we were able to avoid the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach for the most part. Quick tips for future guests: Wear footwear on the upper and pool decks to avoid splinters. Bring extra towels, the bath and kitchen towels provide are not nearly enough. The washing machine on the west side has a mind of its own and shakes violently, I recommend using the one on the east side for heavier things like towels.

This location was absolutely perfect for our extended family vacation. The property suited our large group well and we loved having direct beach access. The spacious kitchens allowed us to feed our large family comfortably and having both sides of the duplex with a connecting back deck allowed us to go back and forth with ease. This was our first stay in Fort Morgan and it did not disappoint. I would definitely book this property again.

Big Breezy East and West were the answer for our family reunion! We were looking for a huge house on the beach with a pool! Big Breezy did not disappoint!! Room enough for all of us and very clean. Needs a few updates but everything worked perfectly. Looking forward to going back next year!

We had 23ish people from adults to babies and it was a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and the beach was perfect. Will definitely be back!! During check in we took note of a few things, a broken ladder for the kids bed and we couldn't find some remotes. Within an hour they sent management and fixed everything. They even bought and replaced a TV in a bedroom that wouldn't work. They went above and beyond for sure.

The house was fantastic. Plenty big enough for the family and had everything we needed.

We loved the property and will consider staying here again next year.

The location to the beach is awesome! The house is a nice size. There were several things in the house that needs attention. Nothing major but for the price we paid I would have thought upkeep would be better. Having said that the rental company staff were awesome! We had car trouble on check out day and they worked with us so we didn’t have to sit out in the heat for 4 hrs while waiting on a tow and a rental car.
