This six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home boasts great bay views and is just a quick walk to private bay beaches, the Sunset Island fishing pier, and indoor and outdoor pools. The home has everything from bedding to kitchenware, chosen for your comfort and convenience. There are seven flatscreen TVs and seven DVD players throughout the property, plus free WiFi. Relax on any of the four private balconies - all are comfortably furnished and three of them have wide vistas of the beautiful bay! Gorgeously decorated and well equipped, you'll love the luxurious accommodations inside 14 Shore Point Drive. The property is truly one-of-a-kind, from the custom paint to the beadboard ceilings, right down to the beautiful furnishings.

Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location. Located only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more. All of this, and just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200. Fall (September 13 September 30) = $150. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    A truly beautiful home, perfect for large groups! Accessible to a lot of excellent restaurants and shopping. Far enough away from the boardwalk to enjoy a relaxing vacation and close enough to get in on the action.

    We have stayed at sunset island for the last 15 years and we enjoyed this house the most. Love that there were not any carpets. The second refrigerator and tons of beach equipment were my favorite things the house offered!

    The property was perfect but vacasa management company needs far better improvement- we had towel and sheet service and had to call 4 times to get additional towels delivered. They only delivered towels for 5 people when our reservation was for 10. It wasn’t until the last 2 days of our 7 day vacation, that we finally received additional towels. In addition, our garage door code did not work and I notified them on The first day and it was never fixed. This is important bc you only get two keys to the property which are only for the front door. The garage is where you would keep beach stuff so being able to access the property through the garage is important.

    The location in Sunset is great and the layout of the 1st floor is fantastic. The parking is very difficult for more than two cars and this particular house was not clean. We had to wash everything to make sure it was clean, vacuum because it looks as if it wasn’t done, sweep the floors for leftover crumbs, ants all through the kitchen and second floor bathroom and bedrooms, and two of the showers were riddled with mildew. Beds are very uncomfortable, especially the pull out in the loft.

    Beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the items you’ll need for a large group. Also, has a great view of the bay and is a short walk to the amenities of Sunset Island.

    Great property all the way around. We were very impressed with the kitchen. It was stocked with everything you need to cook big meals. Home came with plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas. We highly recommend this home.

    We arrived at 4pm and our house was not cleaned. The cleaning crew arrived at 4:10 and after cleaning for 2 hours around my family since we were moving in we asked them to leave and we finished cleaning the house ourselves. What a way to start a one week family vacation!!! I asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning fee and did not get a response other then “we’re looking into it.”

    Really liked the house. Listing should state bunk beds in two rooms. House generally clean, glasses not so much. Property manager should check and replace propane for BBQ grill. Both spare and container on the BBQ empty. Only found out when we went to cook dinner.
