Stayed Aug 2, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and the location on the golf course are great. Our three generations had a great week. The description was accurate. However, the floors were filthy, outdoor furniture was broken and several lights in the house were burned out or damaged. The property manager responded and mopped the floors and brought over plastic chairs and light bulbs, but not of that should have been necessary.

We were able to walk to the lodge pool and the kids had s great time riding their bikes to visit other pools and activities.The kitchen was well supplied with dished ,glassware and cooking utensils.We would definitely return to this rental for our location.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Yearly family reunion. The house was plenty big enough for 9 of us. Good beds but the interior is getting tired and outdated. Countertops were extra high, the step into master shower had several tiles loose and sink didn't drain well. Needs new and better deck furniture. Same with the living room. Great location and the Black Butte amenities were wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: Great location on Big Meadow #7, plenty of room for two families with teens to share the space. House is well stocked for dishes, towels, kitchen equipment. All you need to do is stock up on groceries! We loved the stacks of pool towels (so nice to have them there!) and the extra fridge in the laundry room.
