Such a great location! Everything was in perfect condition and exactly as described.

Everything was great here. We loved the stay and the amenities like beach chairs. The rooftop view was amazing. We would definitely stay again.

The house is very spacious and clean. Very updated with nice amenities like beach chairs, wagon, towels. It has an excellent swim spa and cozy fire table. We were on a girl trip of eight. We all agreed it was a great choice.

This house is amazing, right across the street from the beach. The roof top has amazing views of the ocean, but you do have to walk across the street to see the sunsets because the house in front of it blocks your view. With that being said, the views are still spectacular! So much room plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 8 women on our girls trip and had plenty of room. The swim spa was great as well. This house is worth every penny hope to go back soon.

We had 14 folks with 9 kids 18. The house was beautiful and very spacious, with a completely renovated interior—including brand new furniture, appliances, and more. Kids loved the place and the game room upstairs when it was raining. We did experience a bunch of water in the back house due to the leaking around air conditioner, but the property owner arrived within an hour to address it. Both the owner and the agent were incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. We especially loved the backyard, which featured a swim spa, fire pit, and mini golf. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the rooftop deck had such beautiful views. We’d definitely recommend this place for your next stay!

We stayed here for a week with family. The location was fantastic. It is literally across the street from a beautiful public beach. Traffic on the road drove very slow making it very pleasant to cross the street (crosswalk was right at the house) and there was little noise from the road. The house was recently completely renovated so everything was in great shape. The house was even better than the pictures!Also, the property manager was incredibly responsive to anything we needed. The property is a very short walk to the village where there are ice cream, candy shops, restaurants, bar, mini-golf and other shops!We highly recommend staying here and plan to book the house again next year!

Our stay at this Anna Maria Island home was truly unforgettable! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing with family. The location was unbeatable, just a one-minute walk to the most gorgeous beach we’ve ever seen. We loved waking up to the peaceful views and ending our days with sunset strolls. Brittany was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and welcoming from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’re already dreaming of our next visit back!

When we arrived the house was very clean. Brittany was very helpful with any questions or helping to resolve any issues that camen up during our week stay. Our family of 13 enjoyed the rental. Ages 1 yr old up to mid 60's. Plenty of room to spread out. Amazing location and great views of sunsets. Property was clean and Brittany was just a message a way when we had questions.

We had an amazing time at our place. It was easy to find, no troubles getting in, safe area and the accommodations were spectacular. We had everything we needed on this gorgeous lot. We were less than a minutes walk from the beautiful beach and minutes from shopping and restaurants - we had a roof top view of the gorgeous sunset and everything was clean and comfortable! Our host was easy to get a hold of and our accommodations were like brand new. We plan on returning very soon.
