Bevin's Haus | Beautiful Interior | Terrific Backyard

This home was gorgeous and really great decor, but it really needs a deep clean. The headboard in the room I slept in was coated in dust and the trim all through the house was the same. The cabinets in the kitchen have food drips down them as well as the backsplash. This is normal stuff that happens over time, and the place was very tidy, but for sure in need of a good deep clean. The providing of coffee was such a nice touch and we had such a blast for our mom’s getaway weekend! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Great house located near Main Street. Master bedroom suite was huge with gorgeous soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms were large. Nice backyard with fire pit. Beautiful kitchen and living room. The only feedback for improvement would be to have a working ice machine in the fridge or ice trays. Otherwise very nice and affordable!

Beautiful home, perfect location & super quiet near

Bevins House was a fantastic rental! Great location, end of quiet street. House was well stocked. Only complaint was the coffee pot was a little tricky, I think the lid was broken. It kept falling off. Also, filter in the refrigerator needed changing and there was no filtered water and no ice available. Would be nice to have some extra blankets on beds, a cold front came while we were in town and only had thin blanket. Used one from sofa. Overall, house is beautifully decorated with plenty of seating and space. We loved it!

The property was clean, decorated nicely, and felt like home. I would recommend this property and will stay again next time we are in the area.

This was an excellent home for our Fredericksburg trip! I would just encourage the owner to add some additional wash clothes to each bathroom as we only could locate two in the house.

Bevin's is a lovely house; great location and very comfortable. Here are a couple of things you might want to address for future guests: ice maker did not work; two of the three bottles of bath products in the shower had broken squirters, there were only two wash clothes, keyless lockset did not automatically lock upon exit (so I could not lock the house when I left). Also, I wish the outdoor chairs next to the grill were comfortable. Thanks!

This rental was the perfect pick for our mom getaway weekend, the location of the house was convenient and close to everything we needed. The house had plenty of room for 7 of us and the beds were comfortable. Overall such a beautiful home, we would definitely return & stay again!

The property was the perfect size and location for our group. It was a great place to gather in the evenings and enjoy some back yard time with the kids. I would recommend.

The house is very impressive. Cute farm house decor. Checking in and out was very easy. It is located near Main Street. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. The backyard was huge. We hanged out by the fire pit at night and enjoyed the stars in the skies while listening to some music. The place is awesome and will definitely come back.
