Stayed Oct 19, 2024This property has excellent access to the ocean with great views. The common areas of the property (living-dining room and kitchen) really need a deep cleaning of all the hard/soft surfaces and furniture could be refreshed. Bedrooms and baths are better. The sliding door to the deck from the living roomdoes not close all the way and the frame appears to be damaged. Owner responded promptly to an outside lighting issue that occurred.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Very nice house with lots of amenities. A couple of maintenance items are going to be fixed, but it didn’t affect our stay. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby dumped a lot of rain on us, but we were able to enjoy a few good beach days! Will plan to go back soon!

Stayed Sep 16, 2023Great location oceanfront and close to a public dock on the sound (to paddle board), fantastic views, comfortable well-appointed house, and welcoming host. We enjoyed morning coffee and dinner on the deck. We love Emerald Isle and now have a favorite house. We can’t wait to return. Thank you.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We loved the location of this house. Oceanfront, gorgeous views, somewhat private beach and not crowded at all anywhere along our beach. Close to several restaurants, mini- golf, aquarium, lots of hiking! Overall, for the price and location, we would absolutely go back!
