This property is the most unique property in all of Sedona, on over half an acre, located in the quiet and beautiful Village of Oak Creek, just off the Scenic By-Way Hwy 179 exit from I-17. It is 5 minutes from hiking/biking trails, bike rentals, restaurants serving American, Italian, Mexican food, wine tasting, Clark's Market, gas stations, 3 golf courses, coffee houses, spas, & shopping.

**This home accommodates up to 6 guests on the property at any time, day or night. $100 will be charged per person per day or night for any guests in addition to those you have in your booking.

    We had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful and the location is breathtaking. It was incredibly clean as well. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop while looking at the mountains! We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

    Property is very out of date, and configuration was difficult to function. Bedrooms were poorly staged with uncomfortable beds, and the beds were difficult to manage with a party of 10. There were explicit instructions not to rearrange any of the furniture, or to even be allowed to sleep on couches.. (such an odd thing to require) so we made do. Kitchen utensils were very old and some unusable. Also, host has an illegal collection of redrocks with graffiti from previous guests. We were in Sedona to visit local family, and when the host saw them outside in the driveway on the Ring camera, we were informed that the property was at capacity and they were not allowed to visit. I was obviously caught off guard when that was the purpose of our visit and it was communicated to the host prior to arrival. The host stated that it was a VRBO rule, and they had no say in it. Regardless, I kept in communication with them and obliged all conditions, which entailed rearranging all of our holiday plans (no one could even step foot on property that was not included in our reservation). It was just not quite the relaxing holiday getaway we were expecting.

    Lovely view from the upper deck. The back yard is a little oasis. The home was very clean, & the host even had breakfast items in the fridge waiting for us, in case we didn’t make it to the store the night we arrived. We spent the whole stay hoping to see a javelina, & the morning we left, two came wandering through the yard. Trip complete!

    Great property but 4th bedroom is the laundry with only bed a pullout couch. Great outside experience with plenty of seating out back and on the rooftop. We seen alot of wildlife in the back yard deer and javelina boar. Overall great time

    Very clean home. There were plenty of dishes, towels, etc. The view was gorgeous. The balcony with seating for 10 plus was lovely. A fire pit for cooler weather. Perfect to enjoy a beverage while enjoying the view of the beautiful red mountains. The back yard is private and very green. We had a visit from deer which was great. I would recommend.     Beautiful home and setting! We loved the ease of having all the amenities available, comfortable beds, cleanliness and loved all the different areas to sit and visit plus enjoyed watching the wildlife! Amazing views, but most importantly feeling at home and fun place to make more memories with family! We would definitely recommend to anyone!

    This is our second time staying here. Karen's house is in a great location and has a beautiful backyard. The wildlife came and visited us every day! Some of the best mountain biking in Sedona is just 2 miles away. We hope to stay here again!
