Stayed Sep 20, 2024More than enough room for everybody. If you’re going to a wedding at Canoe place it’s less than a half mile down the road. The deck on the top floor has an amazing view with a large table that multiple people consider around. Definitely would go back again.

Stayed May 17, 2024We loved everything about the house! It was the perfect size to accommodate our group that consisted of multiple couples and kids. The dual living rooms and large deck offered space for everyone to comfortably hang out. Throughout our stay we had a few questions and the host answered within the hour. My mom is already starting to plan our next visit.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023We had a wonderful stay at Ryan's property in Hampton Bays. The location was beautiful, and overlooked the gorgeous Shinnecock Bay. Just a short walk from the house, there was a private beach on the bay where were able to go Fishing and Crabbing. We caught some beautiful Blue crabs right from the dock there! The house itself had everything you could need! Multiple Fridges and Dishwashers, a large kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. We loved working and have happy hour out on the deck during sunset. Whenever we had a question on the House or the Area, Ryan was quick to respond with helpful information. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and made us feel welcome! Also the house is so close to some really good restaurants, like Cowfish, Rumba, and Edgewater right down the street. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to come back again next Summer!
