The house was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The location was great for us.

Nice open space great for our group . Nice family neighborhood atmosphere. Few minor things but overall Good spot would stay there again.

Beautiful home with lots of beds. The pool was good but took 3 days before it was warm enough to use. Even the jacuzzi took a long time to get warm. Our group had our your grandkids who are 3 and younger. So this property is better suited for older kids.

Very spacious house. This is actually the first rental I’ve stayed at that felt like a home. Everything else feels so staged but this felt like I was visiting family. The backyard is very fun to hang out in and don’t forget to utilize the entertainment room!!

We came to Tampa for 2 days and this was a great place to stay with the family. The place is clean and fresh and the pool was crystal clear. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to reach and was very accommodating. The pool table and giant projector screen made it extra fun!

First of all the house was large and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out when we needed to. It was in a nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The artwork in the home was beautiful. However, the first thing we noticed when we pulled up was how long the grass was. We had major issues with the hot tub. We could not get the jets to work for the entirety of our stay. We had to have the owner use his app to schedule times for it to get hot. We tried communicating with the owner over the jet issue but that just left us frustrated so we just left it and did not use it. After a couple days the pool turned green. We tried using the hose cleaner that did not help. The fridge had lots of leftover condiments in it, which could have been helpful, but some of them were expired. We did not use any of them. We did try to use one of the blow up mattresses only to discover it had a big hole in it. The master bedroom door would not latch when closed so we had to put something in front of it. The shared bathroom in between the two bedrooms shower would only get hot for a few minutes. The other showers were fine. The washer and dryer came in handy. However, a few hooks outside to hang towels to dry would be helpful. It may seem like a lot of nit picking but like the title says its the little things that make a property. The hot tub and pool issues were highly disappointing. We did make the best of our time and we all enjoyed each others company.

The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was large and the open layout made hanging in the living room/kitchen really fun with our group of friends.

The house was very nice, well taken care of and in a great location.

Ryan was such a joy to work with. Truly enjoyed the home as it is beautiful and all the Amenities are wonderful. We all felt at home as it was enough space and extra bedding for everyone.

The house is beautiful and spacious. Ryan always responded to questions in a timely manner. Check in was easy and smooth. The pool needed a little cleaning upon our arrival. From the description, I expected more queen size beds but discovered that the 4 queen beds in the game room were actually blow up mattresses. It all worked out and we really enjoyed our stay.
