The house was amazing! Everything was just as pictured and described. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the feeling of remoteness, even though we were in town, was amazing. We all slept great!We will definitely book this rental if we return to Sedona and it is available. Our group was composed of 2 in our 70’s, our adult daughter and her two children, ages 14 and 5. Everyone had a wonderful time!

This is an awesome place to stay in Sedona. Hot tub is available to enjoy after a hike or simply to take in the view. Indoor fireplace helps take the chill off when it’s cool outside. Location is ideal…great coffee shop nearby and easy access to several trails and sites.

This home is everything you could want and met all of our needs. The views are spectacular and peaceful from every window. Every morning was like waking up to a dream and we enjoyed stargazing every night. All of the descriptions about the place are spot on but the walk to the shops and restaurants wasn't possible for us due to the very steep hill and the road had no shoulders for walking. We would definitely stay here again, it's the best place ever! Thank you for sharing your extraordinary healthy home!

Home is in great shape with beautiful views. The location is wonderful-easy access to trails, town, shopping & restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again.

The place is amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. Beautiful views from every room and outside deck. The host made us feel right at home, providing a well stocked house and kitchen with everything you could need. Our host was great and quick to respond to all our communications. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and will be staying here again when returning to Sedona.

The house and views are beautiful. It was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciate.I don't think you can find a better location in Sedona. It's pretty central to everything you are very close to restaurants and shopping.The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the host is very responsive. Lovely stay in a perfect location. This home has so much space and beautiful views from every area of the home. The hot tub was perfect after a big day of hiking. Wide open kitchen with thoughtful helpful additions for our time in Sedona (for example having a cooler available for our days out hiking). Owner thought of everything to make our stay ideal. Very clean and excellent communication with tons of ideas for what to do while we were in Sedona. Will definitely stay here again when we return!!!

Hot tub was too cool but we could adjust and was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was the best!

We enjoyed the homes view and location . The pictures on the website were even better in person. The view was spectacular.! Everything was provided, from the towels, robes extra blankets if needed. It was perfect for the two couples to stay. Also shopping and restaurants were very close. Our main purpose for the trip was mountain biking , hiking and yoga at the vortex. So many trails we will have to come back.

It was such a joy to stay at ‘our’ house in Sedona for a third time. Why did we return again and again? Firstly, the house is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and all on one level. Secondly, its location. The house is on a large corner plot at the top of a hill, in a pleasant neighbourhood, and surrounded by trees and shrubs with lovely views of Sedona’s red rocks beyond. The garden and deck extend almost all around the house. Very quiet and very private. Javelinas, coyotes, deer and hummingbirds all seen close by. Conveniently, there is a car park at the bottom of the hill before the main road so you can leave your car there if you prefer to walk to the gorgeous Arts and Crafts Village Tlaquepaque with its galleries and restaurants, and other local shops, but don’t want to walk back up the hill afterwards. Thirdly, James is a great host, quick to respond to queries. Sedona is the best place we know for a single destination holiday as there are so many sights and activities in Northern Arizona for long and short day trips including several National Parks and Monuments, helicopter (best way to see The Grand Canyon) and jeep tours, heritage sites, wineries in the Verde Valley, and hiking. A novel experience for us was visiting the nearby Wolf Sanctuary. Magical!Thank you James for another wonderful stay.

Amazing property, location, house and host! Would give 10 stars if we could! Just do it and stay here, you won’t be disappointed! Our only problem was that we wanted to stay here longer! Well stocked…comfy beds….very clean…all GREAT! Even got to see some javelina’s walk through one early morning!

We were very impressed with the property by the listing. But it probably didn’t even do it justice. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The property is absolutely lovely! Every window offers stunning views as do the decks. We found the home to be clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and outfitted with everything we could need. We hope to be back!

We loved this home for our one week stay in Sedona. It is close to everything and had all of the comforts of home. James is an amazing host who has thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. We loved Sedona and this home!

Couldn't have been better located. And the views were stunning. Well supplied kitchen. Lots of space. The weather cooperated so we were able to use the huge amount of deck space. Easy check in and check out process. Someone mentioned that the hot tub was cozy and that is true. Not a great fit for 4 but we made it work and it was easy to use and very clean. At this moment, the second bedroom does not have a real shower. It is a handheld in a beautiful clawtub. Owners do everything in their power to make your stay amazing. Please be respectful and treat this beautiful home as if it were your own.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and James. Perfect location, immaculately clean, and had any possible thing I could have needed. James was immediate to respond to an issue that was totally out of his control and fixed it asap. Our family of 5 had the best time in Sedona!

The extra level of comfort the owner provides made our stay at this beautiful home very nice. They provided a list of local establishments to eat at that were ALL delicious! They provided nice extra amenities to make if feel more like a home. The Wi-Fi was very reliable and fast. The location was quiet and picturesque, but close to all the attractions. The views of Sedona from this house are breathtaking! Our family enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days of hiking on the trails. The spacious kitchen provided ample space for a family of four to enjoy memorable meals together. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Sedona.

Everything was wonderful!

Forest View was amazing! The house was lovely and every window had a breathtaking view of red rocks. Everything we needed was on hand to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and bedding. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay enjoying the breathing views from the expensive widows, deck & padio! Such a treat to rest & refresh, after long days of hiking, in the cozy outdoor hot tub while looking up at the dark sky blazzing with stars! Thank you for sharing your home with the super cumfy beds & luxurious bath robes...what a treat! We'll be back!!

We were in Sedona for our daughter's wedding. The house was absolutely amazing, it looked just like the puctures and the owners wete very Accommodating.

The house is very comfortable with out of this world views. It was hard to leave the house to experience the rest of Sedona! Beds were top notch, rooms were spacious and it was easy to feel at home in this lovely house.

We rented the property because of its location and the advertised views of the sunset and sunrise. The house had very nice decks all around which allowed for walking around for different views of the horizon and buttes during sunrise and sunset. The home is a photographers dream. We ate breakfast there. The kitchen was equipped to cook way more than we did. The beds were comfortable for my wife and I and our guest couple. There may be better views from a house in Sedona but one would have to look long and hard to find it. The decks had comfortable furniture all around. The time we spent at the home was mostly on the decks enjoying the views. We did not watch TV. There are plenty TV's. All in all if I visited Sedona again, I would stay in this home if it was available.

We had a short four day stay in Sedona and found this house to be a great location from which to do all of our activities. The house and views are beautiful and it is just minutes from most things to do. Highly recommend!
