We loved our stay! The home offers an outstanding view, and Silvan connected us with Fabio, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and attentive. The location is fantastic. The only minor issues were the grill’s height adjustment and the kitchen lighting at night. Overall, it’s a beautiful home in an amazing location.

This is one of the best house we been, wonderful views, and they help us in everything we need such about restaurants , how to used the jacuzzi, even getting a taxi for my son back to Rio at night time . I definitely rent this house again . Thank you for all your help .

Wonderful stay, house was very nice, Fabio was the absolute best, such a wonderful and caring person. We will miss you! If I had one warning, be aware of the mosquitoes, we had to purchase some spray to keep them away at night and at least for me, i was unable to enjoy the open doors / windows at night and the sound of the water as the mosquitoes were relentless. one night I had absolutely no sleep as i was hiding under the sheets. As with any rental, there were a few items in need of repair / replacement, but we lacked for nothing and if there was anything we needed, Fabio was there to help us! Would absolutely return to this wonderful home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Great memories that will last a lifetime. (btw, Fabio assisted us out out the kindness of his heart).

Some places you stay feel like a hotel others feel like home. The caretaker Fábio and his wife Glaucia are the differential of this beautiful property. You need at least one week in this paradise!

The house inside is stunning and the views were beautiful across the bay. Our welcome from Fabio was very good, even down to carrying all our suitcases. The outdoor areas, especially the balcony and downstairs decking need some attention as they are showing signs of age. Air conditioning is good, beds comfortable, showers very good. Lighting in some rooms rather dark and a few bulbs needed replacing. The pool clouded over one day, but Fabio sorted it out very quickly. Fabio and his wife cooked an amazing dinner for us one night. Very yummy! Only slight issue was that we don't speak Portuguese, so Google translate was very handy. Drinking water is provided as you can't drink the tap water there. For us (all adults), it worked very well. Shame we were not a bit closer to Buzios Centre, but it is only a 15 minute taxi ride. Thank you Fabio for a lovely week.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a magnificent house in Ferradura, Buzios. This expansive property sits right on the water, allowing you to descend a few rocks for a private natural pool experience. The house is impeccably cared for by Fabio and his wife, who proved to be both communicative and incredibly helpful in navigating the local attractions. The communications with the owners were also timely. The infinity pool is a dream, making it hard to leave. I would undoubtedly stay again and would gladly give it a 10-star review if possible!

Our stay here was superb! Fabio and Clausia were so wonderful. The meals Clausia cooked for us were fantastic. You will not be disappointed!
