Stayed Oct 25, 2025We had a wonderful two-month stay while we looked for our new home in the region. The host is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The place is exactly as described and very peaceful. We fell in love with Mountain living while there and in fact purchased a similar home. Swannanoa is coming back from Helene and everyone is so friendly.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The place is comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a large amount of decking outside to enjoy nature. Views are obscured by the trees in summer, I suspect Fall and Winter you can more clearly see mountains. The location is quick access to Swannanoa as well as I-40 to get to Black Mountain or Asheville. The owner was very responsive to questions and we will definitely plan to stay here again.
