Best location in all Breckenridge! True Ski-In, Ski out, Walk to Town! Amazing!

Great location. Walkable to town and ski lifts. Great communication with the owner. Very comfortable lodging for families.

Wonderful stay with family. The condo was as described, beautiful, clean, and close to lift. Plenty of space to spread out and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location is truly the best feature of this townhome. We never once had to use our vehicle during our stay. It’s an easy ski-in/ski-out and also an easy walk to Main Street, which made everything incredibly convenient. The attached garage was also a great bonus, especially in winter.The townhome itself is spacious yet cozy and very well appointed. It’s clear the owners have thought through what guests actually need. There were plenty of extra towels, bedding, garbage bags, toilet paper, and tissues. Both bedrooms had humidifiers, which was much appreciated. We also had hair dryers, fans, laundry baskets, an iron, vacuum cleaner, and lots of hangers.For ski gear, the setup was excellent—an outdoor locker for equipment, lots of hooks for hanging gear, and plenty of space to stay organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment you’d want for cooking at home.Overall, a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully equipped place that made for a very easy and enjoyable stay. We’d happily stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Ski in ski out in the winter would be incredible.Townhouse was well appointed , clean and cozy.

The home has everything you need. We were there in the summer. Maybe an 8-minute walk to Main Street. Very quiet at night. The little creek out front was the clear highlight for our toddler. Easy access to trails and having a dedicated garage spot was icing on the cake.

Very nice unit. Updated, quiet location. The owner is the agent so prompt in communication. We were there for an event and saw inside several other units, this was hands down the best one. We will stay here again.

Location was perfect. True definition of Ski-in/Ski-out. Place was clean and everything worked. Sarah (manager) was fantastic - she did an awesome job ensuring check-in/check-out went smooth. Sarah checked in daily to make sure we were 100% taken care of. Very convenient 5-minute walk to Main St. for drinks/dinner.We will be back.

A fantastic spot to stay in Breckenridge, just steps from the slope and a short walk to downtown Breckenridge - we didn’t us our car all week.The condo was comfortable and well stocked and the communication from the owner was great. We hope to be back in the future!

Place was well equipped and we found it easy to get around with ski in ski off and going to town. We could disperse in the unit and not be all jammed together in one room and the bunk beds worked perfectly for the young teens traveling with us.

From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and exactly as described. The home was beautifully decorated, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and ski lift yet peaceful and relaxing.Sarah was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the personal touches and homely feeling. Sarah provided exceptional advice on what to do with family and toddlers and even went out of the way to provide info on medical centers nearby for us. A perfect location, the lift is right out the front door and a two minute walk. Downtown is a ten minute walk. The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is indoor parking and check in and out is easy and straight forward. I would stay here again without hesitation

This property is truly amazing! This is LEGIT ski in/ski out, you cannot beat the location. The owner is incredibly communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous and comfortable. It’s laid out perfectly for a family or two couples. We cannot wait to come back next year I truly have zero complaints.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is clean, modern and super comfortable. The host is exceptional and texted me directly to make sure everything ran smoothly. It is directly by the lift and made skiing so easy! The garage was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about parking. Super sweet touches like a basket of blankets by the fireplace. I would stay here again in an instant and highly recommend it!

Our host Sarah couldn’t have done enough for us … was always easy to talk with and if I needed a question she not only answered immediately but solved whatever problem I had… the only downside was the condo we rented the pool & hot tub was closed … Sarah did inform us about the community center which was fabulous … it did cost us $$ to join but was well worth the $$

This property was a great fit for our family of six. Easy walk to downtown. Property is stocked with everything you need. Communication with owner was very clear and we had no problems with check in or checkout, even with a last minute booking. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was perfect for our family. Walking distance to downtown. Sarah was amazing! She gave us great suggestions, checked in with us throughout our trip and answered all my questions about Breckenridge in such a timely manner!
