Smelled amazing and loved all the little details

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a few days. It was very clean and tidy, minimalistic, but still with everything you need. Kitchenette has full size range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. The neighborhood felt safe and we were just a few minutes from downtown Bentonville and a ton of shops and really good places to dine.

All was very clean and comfortable. Parking is easy. Monte answered any questions I had promptly. Will stay at this location again when visiting. PS- Nespresso is THE best coffee.

Great apartment with plenty of amenities. The bed is very comfortable. We loved the location being waking distance from a couple coffee shops and a great park for our son.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! The unit was beautiful, clean and included everything we needed during for our stay. The location of the unit was perfect! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host, Monty, was amazing!!! He was responsive, friendly and I could tell he was genuinely invested in making sure we had the best stay possible!I would highly recommend this property!!! I would definitely stay here again!

Bentonville is beautiful and amazing! We rented bikes and enjoyed Bentonville and Bella Vista during our stay. We plan on returning as soon as possible. We loved the location of this apartment.

Very comfortable bed, well appointed and clean. Only dislike was the adjoining ground floor unit and all the warnings to keep the noise down. We also heard noise from the garage which also adjoins this until. Not highly bothersome, but a slight inconvenience for the money spent. The private patio was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming spot in Bentonville! The location was perfect—just a short walk to our favorite local hangout, Bike Rack Brewery, and only about 15 minutes on foot to downtown. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a private entrance that made it feel like our own little retreat. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for a comfortable and convenient home base during our visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Apartment is exactly as pictured. Comfortable bed. Great location! Seamless check in. Parking right behind the building. Walkable to the Momentary, coffee, etc. Would definitely come back.

I was in Bentonville for work and stayed at this property for a week. The bed is so comfortable and this property is in close proximity to everything. It’s stocked with amenities and VERY clean. I highly recommend staying. The hosts are so nice!

Place is in a good neighborhood close to many BV attractions and eateries. Modern design, clean and comfortable. The owner was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

The property was modern and sleek. Minimalist and clean, yet very well appointed. The bed was luxurious and very comfortable! we were close to everything we wanted to do. Just a few minutes from Crystal Bridges, 21c, downtown—everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is perfect and has so many amenities. The host really went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Down to tiny details like super soft towels, sheets, bottled water and a variety of small touches, this place felt very luxurious. I was in town for a conference and as a single woman, I felt so safe here. I walked to restaurants, downtown, to pick up small groceries - never needed a car except to ride share to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

Apartment was very clean which is the number one thing I look for in staying. Host was great in communication and had great extras such as coffee and it accommodated our family very well.

I was in her wedding and I just needed a one bedroom apartment for me. The apartment is newly renovated beautifully decorated, effecient, contemporary apartment with all needed amenities +. The bed is incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of space and a large closet for my gowns and dresses for the wedding and events. Highly recommend!

Nice cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk almost everywhere - but the weather was very hot, so we drove. lol The bed was dreamy, the seating area was comfortable, & we even sat outside in the swing chair one evening during a gentle rain. The owners are very welcoming & responsive.
