Guest Access:

For the MAIN home, there is a private door to the LEFT of the house with an electronic lock, which guests can access with a code. For the IN_LAW suite, there is a private entrance to the RIGHT of the house with an electronic lock. All codes will be sent the day before check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: Our home is located in the mountains and the driveway is very STEEP. If you have a low riding vehicle, I would not recommend pulling in the garage. Simply park at the bottom and walk up. There are stairs and a railing for assistance.

This home is perfectly situated — just far enough from Gatlinburg’s lively downtown strip to offer peace and privacy, yet still an easy walk to all the action. If you’re a runner, you can even jog straight from the house to the scenic Gatlinburg Trail that leads into the Great Smokey Mountain National Park.

To help us maintain the high standard of cleanliness our guests love, we ask that:

A maximum of two (2) pets or service animals are allowed (pet fee applies)

Pets must be house-broken and crate-trained



Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional cleaning fees, as we work hard to keep the space fresh, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest who comes after you.
