Best Lake Lanier Cove! Great lake views. Huge covered deck. Easy walk to dock

This is a delightful home with an amazing view. There is a large covered back porch with a tv, along with a fire pit which we had not expected. The home is spacious and very clean. The hosts were gracious to check in frequently. I’d recommend this property for anyone with a larger family. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with the master being on the main level. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are better suited for younger adults or kids who have no issues getting up stairs. We would certainly stay here again.

Joni is a wonderful host and incredibly responsive! This was our 4th year staying at one of Joni's properties while attending the Divine and she and her properties never disappoint!

We picked this property because of the close proximity from the dock to the house! It was absolutely perfect celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday there. There was exactly 11 of us in it accommodated as perfectly. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Joni for your great communication and lovely home.

We really enjoyed our vacation.The new addition is great and added a lot to the house. My husband and I stayed in the new master bedroom, we lived love it. Especially the big shower with rain shower head. Also the new built fire pit came very handy.Like always everything was perfect.

This was such a peaceful place! We plan to return again next year. The new edition is beautiful and the home is much larger than it appeared in pictures giving us so much room to spread out. Hosts were 10/10!
