THE SPACE
At 2,500 square feet across two floors, there's genuine room for everyone. Four king bedrooms — each with its own smart TV where you can log into your own streaming apps — mean nobody is sharing or compromising. Three full bathrooms keep mornings moving smoothly. One bedroom is on the main floor for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

THE GAME LOFT
The upstairs loft is where groups tend to end up every night without planning to. A 9-foot professional pool table anchors the room, alongside a game table with chess, checkers, and seating for four — great for cards or a slower evening in. A smart TV rounds it out.

THE BACKYARD

Walmart within 5 minutes. Town Square and Green Valley Ranch outdoor shopping centers— both with a Whole Foods Market — within 10 minutes. Costco 10 minutes away. Trader Joe's 12 minutes on Eastern Blvd.
