    The property was great for what we needed. It’s close to restaurants and a grocery store. It has a grill outside in the back yard. Even though it is a duplex, the noise from the other side is very minimal if there is any at all. We had a great stay!

    What an amazing place. Very comfy, inclusive kitchen for cooking, awesome shower and master bedroom. The only thing that made me angry is that I couldn’t stay in it longer and had to go back home. I’m 100% staying there again

    This place was perfect for our trip to Denver. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Tennyson street and about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Denver. Emily was communicative and helpful, and her place was clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here!

    The property is in a great neighborhood. Walking distance from stores and a few location restaurants. 5-10 minute drive from night life and a couple of movie places within 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend to friends and next time i come to denver will stay there.

    Sweet little house is clean, modern and very comfortable with everything we needed. A short walk to a wonderful park, short walk to a cool bar & grill, short walk to safeway. Very convenient location to access downtown yet the neighborhood is very nice and quite, didn't feel like we were in a big city. We were in Denver for 6 nights on business and it felt like a fun vacation. The host was very aware, attentive and helpful with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

    Me and my bf and another friend stayed here for a four night phish show at dicks! It was my birthday and my first phish show so it was a very special event for me! The place was awesome!!! Clean, cute, quiet, and chill. My bf and his buddy played a little acoustic guitar after the shows and it was quiet enough that they didn’t bother anyone! We had a blast and would stay again 100%. Check in, check out, communication altogether was top notch, excellent stay all around!!!
