It just does not get any better than this. Our townhouse is our full-time residence that we now rent out about 10 weeks in the summer. It is arguably the best maintained townhouse in the area as it was completely renovated about 10 years ago and Mike and Beth (the owners) continue to make improvements. Stayed Jul 12, 2025What a wonderful home and a restful, fun, enjoyable experience for our families. The house was clean, welcoming, and ready for our arrival. The location was private and calm but also easy to kick back and enjoy the beach. The host was in excellent communication and always willing to answer questions or help. We had the perfect stay and are excited to come back.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The property was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens were available. The view was spectacular and the short walk to the beach was very easy, even for the little ones. The pool was clean and never crowded. We hope to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Absolutely loved our place, perfect location, beautiful view, plenty of space, easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked! Loved being able to go over to Salty Dog for ice cream after dinner, the bike rental was a simple walk away. We took our 9 and 17 year old daughters and they loved all the bike trails to ride on. It was a wonderful relaxing family vacation!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We stayed in this Villa several times in the 80's and 90's. Being back brought back happy memories. We liked the new decor. The location is ideal and the views of Calibougie are beautiful! Love the sunsets! Mike is a great host.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022We had the most amazing experience at the Sobys property. From Julyn16-23. We have stayed in HH, Gulf Shores, Myrtle Beach and other beach areas and this was the best ever. Convenience to the pool and the ocean couldn’t have been better. The townhouse is well laid out on 3 levels which gave everybody “space” - the house has been maintained in excellent condition inside and out. Hats off to the Sobys - this place deserve its 5-star, 2 thumbs up rating. The Owen family
