Stayed Aug 30, 2024House was great, lots of room. Very close to the water and a few minutes boat ride to Conley Bottom. We had three boats with our group and not enough parking on the property. We were able to park near ramp and leave two trucks and boats there , so not an issue. All the docks on the boat ramp were private and locked, so you have to pull up to the edge of the bank. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Neighbors were not friendly about where we parked on the property. We had to move a few rocks to make a turn, that we moved back and the neighbors ripped us a new one. Owners were great and easy to communicate with. House was well stocked.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This house was perfect for our visit. Right next to the boat ramp, area to park the boat over night and ample parking. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space to relax after a long day on the water.
