We had a lovely stay. Guests should be sure to check out the downstairs before—as we did—collapsing in the upstairs living room. We were so road weary we didn't discover the wonderful entertainment space downstairs til the second day ;-)

Within walking distance to restaurants, breweries and shopping. The house was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own space. We were busy, so didn’t have time to use the hot tub. We wanted to use the bikes provided, but the combination lock didn’t open with the code. Overall great place to stay!

The cottage was cute, comfortable and conveniently located. After a long day of hiking at Smith Rock, the hot tub was a nice treat. Sadly, the grill never worked properly and never got hot enough for grilling steaks so we had to bring everything indoors. For the most part, the property was a good rental.

This was a perfect home for my family over Christmas. The house is walking distance to downtown Bend and the Old Mill, but also right by the highway for easy access to anywhere else you’d like to be (and only 20 mins from the airport). We found it very spacious and comfortable and had excellent communication with the host throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

My family had an excellent stay at this property. It was a perfect size for four adults and ideally located for a short walk to downtown, the Old Mill district, and the river. It was very easy to get in touch with the property management for any issues. They made this vacation a breeze.

Everything was great and as described. Location was ideal and convenient. Street traffic could get loud and the outdoor furniture needed some cleaning before we could use - due to the elements, not to neglect. Overall, the house, backyard area, and hot tub were lovely.
