Come away in this spacious 5-bedroom retreat tucked on a peaceful, tree-lined acre in the heart of Ohio’s Amish Country! Located just half a mile from downtown Berlin, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of quiet seclusion and easy access to shops, dining, and local charm.

Designed with families and groups in mind, this home offers a rare mix of rest, recreation, and room to spread out. Whether you're sipping coffeeon the deck, relaxing in the hammocks, or playing pickleball with the kids, every part of the property invites you to slow down and enjoy time together.

This home is available for a limited time while the family is away on a summer sabbatical. Rather than a typical rental, you’ll experience a well-loved, thoughtfully lived-in home—complete with books, toys, and the warmth that makes it ideal for meaningful time together. And don't be bothered if you see storage items in closets and drawers - every home needs them.

The main level offers a living room with TV and gas fireplace, playroom, dining room table with seating for 12, plus countertop seating for 4, fully stocked kitchen, powder room, and laundry room.

The upper level includes master suite with king-sized bed, large bath, and separate shower. Other second-story bedrooms include: Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and toddler bed, Bedroom 3 with double bed, Bedroom 4 with bunk beds and twin bed. A full bath with shower/tub combo is on the upper level as well.

The lower level is a finished basement with double walkout doors and lots of natural light. It boasts a large family room with reclining sectional, tv with surround sound, dvd, Apple TV, gas fireplace, ping-pong table, kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge, guest bedroom with queen-sized bed, utility room with laundry, and full guest bathroom with double vanity and shower.

Non-Smoking House
We are strictly non-smoking. Outside areas may be used for smoking only if the smoke does not enter the house. A $450/night fee is assessed for smoking.

No Pets
Pets (no matter how well behaved) are not permitted at our property. Please respect future guests with allergies and our efforts to keep Hilltop Haven to highest standards. A $250/night pet fee is assessed.
