Escape to Beltz Haus, a one-of-a-kind retreat on 14 beautiful acres along the San Gabriel. With 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (7 ensuite bathrooms), the house comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Spread out and enjoy the spacious grounds, relax by the pool, or wander down to the river. Fire up the professional outdoor kitchen (chef required for use) or keep it simple with backyard grilling.

You’ll also find plenty of parking, fast Wi-Fi,and a washer/dryer on site to make your stay easy and comfortable.

At the Beltz House, it’s all about slowing down, connecting, and making memories together.

Please note musical instruments are not available for guest use.

My home includes 8 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for added privacy and convenience. With a mix of king beds and bunk options,

➜ Bedroom 1 – Downstairs
King bed with sink and vanity area, and a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom shared with Bedroom 2. Guests can also use the private bathroom across the hall if preferred.

➜ Bedroom 2 – Downstairs
Twin trundle bed with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 1. A private hall bathroom is also available for use.

➜ Bedroom 3 – Upstairs
King bed with private ensuite bathroom.

➜ Bedroom 4 – Upstairs
Twin-over-queen bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. Can be connected to Bedroom 4 or locked for privacy.

➜ Bedroom 5 – Upstairs
King bed with an ensuite bathroom. Can be connected to Bedroom 4 through double doors or locked for privacy.

➜ Second floor: 6 of the 7 upstairs bedrooms (Bedrooms 3–8) each have a private ensuite bathroom, making it easy for everyone to enjoy privacy and convenience.
➜ First floor: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, but there is also a separate private bathroom across the hall, providing flexibility. Bedroom 1 can use the private hall bath while Bedroom 2 continues to access the Jack-and-Jill, or vice versa.

➤No Outside Visitors:
Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this house rule.

➤Please note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable if a reservation in cancelled. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to one night’s stay plus taxes and fees.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Just a heads-up: the garage is off limits for guests, and the musical instruments are not available for guest use; other than that, the guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

Located just outside Georgetown, Bentwood offers a peaceful Texas Hill Country setting surrounded by open space and beautiful trees. It’s private, relaxing, and the perfect place to pause, breathe, and enjoy the quiet of the countryside.

Guests can fish in Bentwood Pond, which sits about halfway between Beltz Haus and the San Gabriel River. The river is only a five to eight minute walk from the back steps of the house, ideal for relaxing by the water or taking a refreshing swim.
Back at the house, the pool area features a waterfall and hot tub, offering another serene spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country.

Just a short drive away, you’ll find Georgetown’s charming town square filled with boutique shops, cozy cafés, and local restaurants. Whether you’re picking up essentials, exploring local favorites, or simply enjoying a quiet getaway, everything you need is close by and easy to reach.

Car Recommended – A car is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area with ease.

Quick Highway Access – Easy connection to TX-130 and I-35 makes day trips to Austin or other Hill Country spots simple.

Ample On-Site Parking – Free and abundant parking right on the property for guests and visitors.

Rideshare Available – Uber and Lyft operate in the area, especially for rides into town or nearby attractions.

Bike-Friendly Roads – Some guests enjoy cycling the scenic country roads, especially during early mornings and evenings.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
