Bentonville Luxury - Trails! - Bike Out - 2 Decks

You cannot ask for a better location. Great house and layout, kids loved the downstairs area. Trails are right out your doorstep. Awesome little trail right across the street. You are a minute away from all of Slaughter Penn trails. You are a 12 minute ride from Coller Mtn trails. You are a couple of min ride from downtown. Incredible location and super cool house. Had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great location, very comfortable bedding, outdoor area was a really nice space. The kids loved the garage hang out!

From start to finish our stay was great! Easy communication and check in with the hosts, the house was beautiful and had great space. Our kids loved the arcade games and we loved the amenities.

Brought our 2 teen grands to mountain bike. We all loved this house. Bike in and out of coler and slaughter pen. Only had to drive to the Railyard. Garage has bike racks, a/c and games and hangout spot for the teens. We could not have picked a better place than this. Clean and well stocked. The contact with host was beyond awesome.Thank you!

I brought 2 adult kids and 2 grandkids (infants), and the home was perfect. There were baby items to use, comfy beds/bedding, perfect spaces for gathering, snacks, and toiletries. I mentioned to the host that all our coffee pods were decaf, and that night they delivered a variety of pods to the door! Location is excellent, too. We loved it!

This is a great place to stay especially if you want to walk or bike on the trails near Crystal Bridges. The host really provide everything you could possibly need. This is a great place for family with kids to stay. We were busy with graduation plans but would love to return and enjoy the amazing back porch and yard.

This home was clean, a great location to get on the bike paths and located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a advertised- great kitchen with lots of appliances and good coffee accessories. Nice decks for relaxing and watching the birds. Just had 2 deer walk through the front yard. Comfortable beds, great showers. We would most definitely rent again.

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. We had plenty of room to hangout and serve food catered from a local Mexican restaurant. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed. The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we hoped but did get to sit out on the deck and enjoy the fresh air. Literally minutes from the Bentonville square and had we great time at the farmer’s market. Location is close to everything - hwy access, Crystal bridges, Amazeum, downtown Bentonville….we have added this to a go-to when we come in town to visit family!

The house was perfectly located with quick drive or bike ride to downtown and trails. House toiletries and extras were extremely thought out, probably the best we've had at a rental! The swing set was perfect for our littlest. Loved the deck, quiet area to relax. Our family loved it! Quick and friendly responses from the owners. Highly recommend.

We stayed her for a long weekend for our son’s wedding. It was close to everything! The living area was perfect for relaxing between events, with plenty of room for family to join us. It was too cold be outside so we weren’t able to enjoy the covered patio or deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive to my questions ahead of our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and trails are right out the door. Gateway to the All American trails and connecting trails.

This home was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. There were extra touches like snacks and information on activities and restaurants in the area. The bathroom even offered q-tips and a flat iron. The amenities seem to be well thought out. We would enjoy staying here again if we’re in Bentonville.

The ideal place to experience all that Bentonville has to offer. Super functioning kitchen and great spaces to relax, indoors and outside.

I loved staying at this place for 3 nights for Fall Break with my two tweens - we loved the close proximity to trails- the bike racks downstairs were awesome- the beds were very comfortable and I loved the modern aesthetic - I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely book again !

Our stay was fantastic, it was beyond our expectations. Literally 3-5 minute ride to the Slaughter Pen trail system. Close to city center for food and bike shops. Being at the end of an a cul-de-sac, it was quiet at night. The fire table fixture was a great place to unwind and talk about the days adventures. The garage conversion was also beautifully done. Only feed back is the office in the garage would be better served as another bedroom, but that’s just my opinion. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!!

My son and I stayed for a few days to get out of Dallas and ride our bikes on some real trails. Wow, did Bentonville deliver! Trails are literally outside the front door! House was everything we were hoping for and well- stocked with everyday essentials that was a nice surprise! We definitely want to bring the rest of the family in the fall!

The place was clean, close to downtown and had everything we needed. A heads up about some storm damaged to the house and grounds would have been nice.

This was our first trip (hopefully of many) to Northwest Arkansas and this property was perfect for our family! The home exceeded our expectations, the location was ideal, and the host was polite and prompt. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Within one block of our house is access to the entire world of the mountain bike trail system. Downtown is also just a quick bike ride away... You can access the Kohler and Slaughter pen trails.. No vehicle needed. We also had four e-bikes and there was an issue with the outlets in the finished basement garage area and the owners brought over an extension card at 8:30 at night so we could all ride the next morning!! Super Hosts!
