The garden, which is lit at night, is fully enclosed, landscaped and not overlooked. The exterior features a large south-facing terrace, parasol, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The entrance is secured by a gate.

Ample parking and a large garage.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a 160cm bed.
Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms with 160 cm beds (high-comfort bedding).

Beautiful teak parquet flooring in all bedrooms.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.
Toiletries (gloves + towels) are provided in each bathroom.
2 tea towels are provided in the kitchen - ALL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

The rooms are large and bright, and the French windows in the kitchen and living room lead out onto the terrace and the beautiful, peaceful, flower-filled garden.

4 BICYCLES are available (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE) for your outings.

NOT INCLUDED :
- Water and electricity consumption will be charged according to meter readings and current rates.
- End-of-stay cleaning charge based on the number of people and/or the number of rooms occupied (rate set at the time of booking).
- TOURIST TAX: This is deducted by the site or paid on arrival (if rented directly) according to the current rates.

A deposit of 500 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure (not cashed).

Rentals run from Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday morning at 9am. We will welcome you on arrival to hand over the keys and carry out an inventory of fixtures, and we will also be present on your departure.

In the town centre, there are numerous shops, pizzerias, creperies, restaurants and a large supermarket with a petrol station 5 minutes away and open on Sunday mornings.

There is a market every Monday. Many concerts and choirs are held in the church.

BENODET is the ideal starting point for a variety of exciting walks. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the surrounding area and take advantage of the beautiful beaches.

There are regular shuttle buses to Quimper (HISTORICAL CITY).

BENODET is at the mouth of the most beautiful river in FRANCE, so you can go and see the Interceltic Festival in Lorient, the Cornouille Festival in Quimper, the Blue Nets Festival in Concarneau, as well as numerous free concerts by the sea in Bénodet, Océanopolis in Brest, the Pointe du Raz, the Pont-Scorff Zoo and the Valley of the Saints in Carnoët ......Visit Quimper, Concarneau and its walled city ....
