The master suite offers aqueen-size bed and an ensuite. Upstairs you shall find three bedrooms, the bathroom, water closet and a secondary loungeroom perfect for kids to watch a movie of an evening.

An ideal kitchen making meal prep a breeze, while the outdoor space offers the perfect spot for barbecues or sipping your morning coffee, being child-friendly with an enclosed yard and also offer provision for your lovable pets. Keep cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans or unwind in the cosy lounge complete with a big-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. Your boating needs are well catered for with boat parking while a double garage provides ample space for cars.

-Pets under 10Kg welcomed, cannot accommodate for larger pets due to small courtyard.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
