Bend Getaway in RiverWild-Walk to Deschutes River and Old Mill District

The house was beautiful. Very spacage, clean. The kitchen had all appliances and all cookware needed. Furniture comforable, bedrooms big with comfy beds. We loved the area we were in. We will be back.

Ken & Annie have a lovely home and they are excellent hosts. The layout is great for a party of 6, everyone had enough space and privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, pans & cooking tools. We made awesome breakfasts every day of our stay. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this property is fantastic! We came to golf & mountain bike and this house is close to both. Having the garage is an absolute must when switching between sports. You can securely leave your bikes while golfing and vice versa. If you want some forest bathing immediately, the Deschutes river is a short walk through the pines. Close to shopping, great food and lots of outdoor adventure, this is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Bend.

The house was in a great location, close to downtown Bend, shops and restaurants, and with easy access to adventure (hiking, waterfalls, trails, etc). The house was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our party of 4.

Although there were close neighbors it didn't feel that way. Plenty of trees and privacy. We saw deer and enjoyed the antics of the squirrels on the large porch.

We had a wonderful stay here. All the amenities you could want at a vacation rental…clean, kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, parking for our 2 rental cars, etc. And we were graciously granted an early check-in as well.We would love to stay here again if the need ever arises. Hosts/owners were very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great location for a short walk to the pool and the river. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was comfortable and well stocked.

RiverWild was just what we needed for our family trip to Bend for a lacrosse tournament. The house was provided easy access to fields and team activities and it also was a great place to relax during the “off time.”

Everything was outstanding! House was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed! Community was beautiful and perfectly located. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The accommodations were perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool facilities and we all enjoyed the river trails. Proximity to OSU Cascades campus, and downtown Bend was a main reason we wanted to stay here. Owners communication was excellent, before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

The home was beautiful, well equipped and very clean! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! The location was a short stroll to the river trail, downtown Bend was easily accessible and we took advantage of the hot tub after a long hike at Smith Rock. It was a perfect weekend and we look forward to another stay soon! Thank you!

Our family had a great stay at this home. It had every amenity and was perfect for launching out in Bend area for all activities. Highly recommend.

Overall nice place close to the river and trail. Easy access to skiing, restaurants etc. I would suggest new bumpers on the cabinets and stove grate otherwise well stocked and maintained.

Very well appointed, clean home. Lovely, peaceful setting amongst the ponderosa pines yet so accessible to downtown and surrounding areas. The pool, hot tub and trails were all a big hit with our group. Thank-you to Ken and Annie.

Here for a family reunion, the house was close to the mountain & the river for fun activities. Kids loved having the community pool so close by. House had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for 8. Loved having dinner on the deck. Lastly, the owners were easy to reach. Thanks Ken & Annie for a great stay in Bend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It is well stocked with basics, so you don't need to worry about trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, liquid soaps in bathrooms, spices, etc. Check the house before you go to the grocery store, you will be pleased! It is also very clean and in a great location. Indoor and outdoor living spaces are all wonderful. The communication with the owners was easy and clear. It was just a great experience all around. We will book again when we return to Bend to continue to explore all the surrounding beauty!

Very comfortable, well appointed, spacious, beautiful, and a great location.

Stayed here with my husband and our 2 teen boys. Location was great! Right on the trail by the river and close to everything but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. Neighborhood is nice and exceptionally quiet. The condo itself was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. Beds and couches were very cozy. We appreciated the ‘extras’- magnifying mirrors in the bathroom, snuggly blankets in the living room, ‘real’ coffee maker, swimming towels, quality cutlery, etc. Washing machine pods and DW pods were also provided. We had everything we wanted and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Website sounds like pool and hot tub are on property. This is misleading. Should install handrail at steps going garage and one rail at front. Just a simple railing Would be good for seniors like us. I am 86. Great house. We enjoyed it. Perfect location - close to OSU CASCADE. I’M
